Clarkes have been my letting agent, coming up to year now and I cannot fault them. They processed papers quickly to get me in my property and once in they have always answered emails fast and got things sorted for me whenever an issue came about.

Paul was genuinely interested in me and the property and spent time understanding what I was doing and why at the initial meeting.
Generally good at responding to emails and calls but I did feel after about 4 weeks they didn’t seem to be interested.
I would definitely consider them in the future if I was living in the area.
