I was so worried and anxious about this process and along came the angel in earth Robert McDonald 🤩absolutely held my hand (not literally but metaphorically) through this process . When I was unsure and panicked he reassured me that I would be ok and wouldn’t need to worry about anything . My sitiuation was dealt with quickly and Kevin was particularly helpful through out the process.

Had a call back from William C and within minutes had options laid out and then handed to the relevant department to action my plan. An hour later I'm all set up and more relaxed knowing I have a plan in place to help pay what I owe and reduce my monthly outgoings. I can now concentrate on taking care of my family a little more now.

Wow what a company from start to finish ive had the best support and help I could wish for..lewis kept me upto date every step of the way phoning and sending me messages of support and help. my application is going through as we speak so hopefully on my way to being debt free.
