Citywide Home Mortgage Anmeldelser

Outstanding service, well informed of process and process completed expeditiously. Very pleased with Jeff Zulfer as the servicing agent.

Johnathon baker, Natalie at citywide and melissa the mobile notary ... were all knowledgeable, professional. The service was outstanding..the whole process took much less time and effort than I anticipated!! Everyone exceeded my expectations!!

Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. They were patient and made the entire process easy. Jonathan and Melissa especially were fantastic. Great people! I would definitely recommend Citywide to people I know.

Kristi Henson is the best . She is always very helpful. I never have to worry about anything she takes such good care of us. I have told everyone about her. Kristi has helped myself and my daughter's with our home loans. I highly recommend Kristi.

Over the past several years we have purchased and refinanced several our homes several times. EVERY time we used Andy with Citywide Home Loans the process was absolutely painless (the only reason we ever did not use him was because we refinanced before our 6 month period was up). We would absolutely use Citywide over and over and over again and 100% recommend Andy for all your finance needs.

Robert Buchanan was thorough, fast, answered all of my questions, was patient and even researched new programs to help me gain access to funding. He spent time to run numbers with me so that I was able to see what I could actually afford, not just on paper, but with my lifestyle. I was very impressed with his ethics, other lenders encouraged cutting corners which would have caused me to get into an unaffordable situation but Mr. Buchanan is honest and straightforward. It was refreshing and easy to work with him.

Loved working with Ms Sanderson. She was amazing and knowledgeable! She kept me up to date with my loan and was available as questions arose.

Rachel Thorell made the process seamless. She was prompt, informative and courteous throughout. Would highly recommend!

Working with Citywide representative Jeff England was a pleasure. We considered going with another company and it seemed to never end, after three weeks we gave up. Citywide has the right person in Jeff. Jeff was excellent in his guidance through the whole process, staying with us the whole time and explaining what was needed and why. I would recommend Citywide and Jeff to anyone looking for a home loan or a refinance.

Reagan Lester and Christine Bracken were amazing to work with! They made my refinance a smooth process, went out of their way to help me, and explained everything in detail in a way I could easily understand. An amazing group and all around fabulous people. Thank you all so much!

Sam and Kyle were easy to work with and extremely efficient. They constantly communicated with me and let me know how the loan process was going. Excellent service!

Had a painless experience with Citywide. Ben and Penny are the best. Highly recommend you talk to Citywide if you're thinking about a new mortgage or refinancing.

RaeJeanne and her team were amazing. Super fast process with no non-sense. They delivered paperwork and funding in record time. I have been dealing with several home lenders during the pandemic in different deals and Citywide's team was hands down the best one.

Chuck provided excellent timely service, support and coordination for our recent refinance.

Lupe Alvarado is the greatest loan expert. She made our home buying financing easy and fast. She’s extremely knowledgeable and provided the best customer service. Thank you.

Bruce at citywide was very helpful and quick to respond to texts and emails. The only strange thing out of all of it, and this is I’m sure because of COVID-19, is that we never met in person. I did get to know Bruce and his team over the phone and was comfortable talking with them and sending them my information. I would definitely recommend citywide to everyone.

just want to say thanks to Jeff and his team. i was in the loop from start to finish and any questions i had were addressed immediately. couldn't ask for a better experience.....
thanks again

My wife and I are currently working with Oscar Vargas from the Ben Lemon team, and let me tell you, Oscar hustle hard to get us the best rate/payment. He is very professional and it is very important to him that we get what we want. We highly recommend him, he is there for us. If we have any question or obstacles that pop up, he is there at anytime.

Nice to have something go so smoothly in such a crazy year!

Always a pleasure to work with the folks at Citywide Home Loans - they have assisted us three times, not to mention numerous family members, as well - Deborah Green, Susan Atkinson, Melissa Schreiber, Brooke Carbajal - all wonderful - knowledgeable, experienced, prompt, responsive, and courteous - always looking out for your best interest - highly recommended!
