Terri did a fabulous job helping me navigate and complete my home refinance. I previously tried with my bank and they were unable to help me. When Terri came through and helped me get a loan from Citywide, it was such a weight off of my shoulders. Plus there a couple of odd things that Mt previous lender screwed u that she was able to help me fix. Am going to recommend her to all my friends.

First time we experienced dealing with citywide home loan, from the beginning of the process to the end has not been smooth, it’s lack of communication and stressful. I don’t recommend this citywide home loans. We did refinance for 15 years to JP Morgan is the BEST.

Lack of communication and took long process. Is very embarrassing situations. In the long run they help us last minute. First time happened to us.
