Great experience so far, fitting was perfect and connected fine speeds are super fast with Toob

The City Fibre guys were great. Happy to install cables to my requirements and were very neat and tidy, taking care to protect garden plants and my floors!

The guys did a great job installing my fibre. Prompt and punctual. No mess. Job done!

City Fibres contractors arrived on time, explained what they were going to do. Checked access and routeing with me then got on with the job. Took a bit longer than their usual broadband installation as a trainee was carrying out the work under assessment which meant I could listen in. Checked all working fine, cleaned up, inside and out then left. No messing. No stopping for breaks.
Couldn't fault them.

City Fibre are a great partner for toob full fibre internet. The communication from both companies were excellent. The engineer was professional and helpful. toob support for queries was excellent.

They where very professional and kind. They walked me through everything they were doing also the company had great communication with me. I would definitely recommend this company

Cameron the engineer who carried out installation was very informative and told me of the steps to take place and which order . Him climbing up to roof and placing a new line in from telegraph pole was completed quickly ( I'm scared of heights ) and inside installation was prompt too. Tidy and aware of not making a mess the engineer was great . Cannot fault his work. You have a great engineer there. :)

Engineer fine - really poor customer service.
CityFibre contracted by Sky to install a new broadband line at our house. Sky told us this wasn't required - so surprised when CityFibre sent a text with the installation date and a request that I confirmed the date or chose another. No contact number on the text to discuss the install ! Rang CityFibre - finally (after many, many menu options and recorded messages) got through to their technical team who couldn't help and put me through to customer services - who then cut me off. E-mailed them on the 16th June - auto response said they would be in contact 'soon'. Over two weeks later, still no response.
In the meantime, tried to change the date of installation - all the dates showing as available had no slots available ! Aaargh...
Engineer arrived on original date and did a good job.
