Great upfront communication about my fibre install. Regular texts and emails to explain what would happen and reminding me of the instalment date and time.
Engineers arrived on time and did a professional installation. They made sure the service was working and I was happy before they left. Very pleased with the service from CF.

The original city fibre employees Sean and Leon were great. Because of a complex issue they took the time to involve an engineer. The head engineer Rebecca came to our house and worked out the issue without having to do possible damage to the sandstone. This whole team was Fantastic! An asset to city fibre.

The service was very good &good communication on the day of install &before the installation no mess quite quick installation hopefully there is no drop out connection has they say it shouldn't loose connection with it been fibre instead of old copper lines &,no extra cost they say hopefully it doesn't rise months after ,it seems quicker connection when using Internet &Wi-Fi.

I'm very happy with Vodafone Internet. The connection is fast, stable, and reliable. Streaming, video calls, and browsing all work perfectly without interruptions. The installation was quick, and the service has been excellent. I would definitely recommend Vodafone Home Internet to anyone looking for a dependable internet provider.

The engineer that came out was very kind and courteous and explained to me everything he was doing . I am disabled and he was amazing! Seriously wanted to give him a hug (but know I'm not allowed to 😂😂 )thank you from this old granny! X

I ordered Vodafone 910 Broadband through the CityFibre network in Hull. There was only hurdle on installation day as only one engineer showed up in the beginning due to issues with communication between the two engineers. But, despite that. They got the job done and even placed the ONT where I wanted it. In my room which was known to having a massive dead zone. The engineers where super friendly and understood my problems very well. They even stayed slightly longer to ensure my router was up and running. I've had two different broadband engineers from two different companies come out to my home over the years and this third engineering team has been the best one so far. I recommend people to always search what their address offers. If CityFibre serves your street. Definitely look into the broadband providers they work with.

Really nice and professional guy installed my city fibre broadband. Speeds are good early on in the service so let's hope it stays that way and it's reliable.
