I had an incredibly positive experience with City Removals. I can't praise them enough. From the moment I booked their services online, it all went smoothly. They responded to my queries promptly and provided reassurance as needed. On the moving day, they arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and were careful and kind. A big plus for me was that they work on a Sunday and don't charge extra for this. I will definitely use their services in the future. Thank you, City Removals team!

Fantastic team, sensibly priced, great communication from office

The team at City Removals - both at head office, and the team who came to do our move - were a total pleasure to deal with. They were quick and efficient, communicated well throughout the process and were really flexible with our ever-changing needs. I’d thoroughly recommend them!

City Removals were fantastic from start to finish. Their prices are very reasonable. The packaging service was done very expertly with care taken to wrap and pack everything so that no damage is done. On removal day the men were friendly helpful and fast, they work extremely hard, nothing was too much trouble to ensure the move is completed as well as possible.
Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Flexible, friendly, efficient and competitively priced

My Wife and I moved from East London to Rutland (110 miles) in November 2022. I have to say City Removals were excellent throughout the whole process - from initial survey at our house to the end of the move on Completion Day itself. Their pro-active communication was superb - they always answered my email messages very promptly on the same day, and the were bang on time to do the property survey. On Completion day they arrived 30 minutes early, and carried out the whole move very effectively. They took time to protect our furniture, and stored our boxes in exactly the right rooms in our new house. Really impressed. Thank you City Removals !

I was nervous about the removals process especially after reading negative reviews about other companies and some of the antics that goes on. However, City Removals were fantastic from start to finish. The staff in the office were very approachable and responsive and went out of their way to make my move happen at short notice at a competitive price. The 3 man team that carried out the move were absolutely brilliant, they were friendly, fast and professional. They have branded clothing and vans which also gives more confidence and professionalism and I would not hesitate to use City Removals again.

What a reliable, friendly, careful and experienced team! They were so efficient yet speedy and went out of their way to help with our removals. Five star experience and I would 100% recommend.

The 2 member (Vlad and Constantine) crew was just brilliant & friendly. They arrived spot on time, efficiently dismantled, transported and reassembled all the furniture & took care of all boxes with absolute care.

City Removals have provided a five-star service: from the quoting stage to the moment they left our new property, they have shown professionalism and understanding of the moving process. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had an excellent service from the City Removals team for the removal of items from my one bed flat in East London to my new property in Surrey. They were on time, courteous, and loaded all the items onto the van quickly and carefully. They also left the flat in a clean state.

They arrived at the new property in good time and again unloaded the van quickly and carefully placing all items in the correct rooms as instructed. They also removed some items at the new property for disposal.

I would definitely use City Removals again for any future move.

I've moved from a 3 bedroom apartment in London with City Removals. It was an amazing hassle free experience, they took care of everything: packing materials, packing, parking, moving, reassembling the furniture, they even pick up their cartons later after the move.

You do have to pay for this, so it might be an overkill for small removals, but if you have loads of stuff, this is simply amazing as it completely offloads your brain and lets your focus only on the remaining aspects of moving. For the amount of work I would say the prices were fair and they are quite flexible with payment options.

I had a video survey call with a guy who knows his stuff quite well, he explained many details of the move (basically sold the company, lol). Then it was a separate day for packing (which finished faster than expected), and then an entire moving day.

The staff were polite and the communication was quite easy overall. The only less straightforward part was how to put things in the new house as the layout was quite different, but we've managed that, and the movers were kind enough to exchange a couple of pieces when it turned out to be better that way.

Compared with my previous movers (allegedly a respectable international company), these guys haven't damaged anything, everything arrived intact and there was no damage to either source of destination housing. They've also managed to assemble the trickier bits of furniture right. Thumbs up!

The Company moved the contents of my 3 bedroom townhouse in North London, to a new house in Exeter, in May 2022. They were absolutely fantastic at every level. Clean, polite, speedy, no breakages, furniture and computers disassembled and re-built. They were also cheaper than two other companies approached. I would highly recommend them.

City removals were fantastic for us throughout. The detailed video survey gave us confidence they knew what they needed to do. The flexibility over packing options - we went for the fragile only option and nothing was broken during the move. They took the furniture apart and put it all back together so well. The moving team were friendly and efficient, made the whole experience stress free for us and much easier than we thought it would be. Fantastic, can't recommend them enough.

We booked City Removals because of their professional status and value. We were a bit concerned from reading some of the reviews, but there was no reason. City Removals we’re efficient and friendly, the communication was great throughout and a 5 man team arrived to pack, deliver and unpack our stuff. These guys worked hard and fast despite the heat, they asked immediately if they needed direction, dismantled and reassemble a few of our big items and took care when handling our goods. I would definitely recommend using City Removals.
