Just had a brilliant experience with City Removals. They packed our stuff the day before moving and the 2 packers were so fast and efficient. All boxes labelled well and stacked neatly. The day of the move was smooth and simple. The team got everything in the house, rebuilt the furniture and took away some empty boxes before they left. Highly recommend this company.

They arrived on time, well prepared, friendly, efficient, didn’t complain about the waiting time (4h before moving out and moving in, i was at the end of a chain).

I've used City Removals 3 times now (2014, 2016 and 2023) and they've been great every time (eg to get the sofa in it needs to be carried, over head height, down the side passage and in through the bigger garden patio door, and they're happy to do these things to get your furniture in if that's what's needed). They are also very competitive on pricing.

Our TV was broken during the packing/move and City wouldn't accept responsibility for it. I had been a repeat customer, so v disappointing. I would not use again.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They took all the stress of moving away. Everything was well protected and moved quickly and efficiently. They didn't make a single scratch on either property that we moved from and everything arrived in perfect condition.

I am genuinely delighted to leave a 5 star review. Recently moved from north London (after 17 years) to a new home in East Anglia - so, perhaps, a longer distance than usual, for a London based company.
It is genuinely difficult to think how the overall service provided could have been improved. The fact that I went for a competitive price (after several tenders), was proven to be wise, as cannot see how a much more expensive option could have been improved on. It was excellent. I wonder if some - more high-profile removal companies - are living on past reputations?
