We highly appreciate the manner City Removals perfected the removals service for us. The 4 member crew was just brilliant. They came spot on time, efficiently shifted and transported all the furniture with absolute care, very courteous throughout the process, kept us informed as they went along dismantling furniture and fixing them at our new home. Highly recommend City Removals and will definitely use them again. Thank you indeed.

Second time of using this company and I again could not fault them . Polite helpful and extremely professional , I would and have recommended them to friends and in fact anyone.

Everything this company did for me was excellent they held a quote for over 6 months I had to cancel proposed moving dates which they accommodated. The staff were friendly and the movers were exemplary working with care and consideration. They took care of the stress.

City removals team were brilliant in our recent move and we had some heavy furnitures but it was all done with care and efficiency. They were 7 of them (Seby, George, Alex, Costel, Mihai, Marius and Bogdah) and all of them worked to precision, flexible, packed everything carefully, friendly working with a smile and no fuss.

They lost one star because of a phone call from their office about something which caused unnecessary stress in midst of the move as I had confirmed everything on email and that phone call was not needed to confirm things again at the last minute.

But overall, very happy with good communication, price and a good job.

I got loads of quotes for a long distance move. City were the best price, but in no-way did that mean I got less of a service. Everyone in place early both days and worked very quickly and efficiently.
Faultless experience.

We have used the services of City Removals twice in the last couple of months and each time their work has been exemplary making each move completely stress free.
From our initial enquiry we had all our questions answered and were given all the information we needed to feel secure in booking our moves with them. We actually had to change our move dates a few times but this was never a problem for City Removals and they just adjusted the schedules.
On the move days the men arrived on time and packing began, each item being wrapped and packed very securely. They did not grumble once, infact didn't even stop for tea breaks and were diligent, polite and helpful at all times.
On going to move my son's bed, they discovered it was broken (not their fault) which they fixed before carrying it out and ensured it was ok before leaving it in my son's new home. Also on my move, we found we couldn't lock our back door. Once again they got their tool box out and managed to fix the lock. Both jobs were unrequested and totally out of their remit. Exceptional service!!
We cannot recommend the services of City Removals enough. Infact, we have recommended them to friends already. We have moved several times before using other companies, whose services were good but not in the league of City Removals.

I normally don't write reviews but these guys were exceptionally good. Very good service from start to finish. Thanks!

Excellent service from start to finish. The team were super efficient and packed everything perfectly. Our move from London to Yorkshire was so easy with City Removals

City Removals moved me from London to Bedfordshire on the 13th April 2022. I was very impressed in the way all my belongings were packed and after 40 years in one house there was a lot to pack!
They were helpful in every way, unpacked as they packed everything was placed where we asked it to be placed. They were efficient and took great care of my goods. I would highly recommend City Removals and there great team!

We had to move our belongings under very difficult and stressful circumstances in March 2020. City Removals did two trips for us. After clearing the flat (3rd floor, no lift) they transported our daughter's items to one address then continued with our things to their storage facility. Last weekend family members emptied the room (large wooden container). They reported that our things had been packed very well, the room was clean, dry and 'smelled lovely'. We have paid the final invoice this morning.

City Removals have been fantastic from the very beginning - communication via phone calls and emails has been excellent, Nicola (in the office) has shown compassion and understanding of our situation and has been a calming and reassuring influence!

I highly recommend City Removals Ltd and will always be grateful to them for the way they handled our case. First Class service! Thank you!

Speedy and efficient service, but there was some damage to a few large items of furniture that had not been handled with enough care... some compensation was received.

Really efficient and polite, did not speak to anyone after booking the removal, but they turned up on the day, exactly on time, had the flat emptied by midday, and moved into the new place by 4pm. No breakages, no damage to furniture, a few tiny scrapes to paintwork only. Very happy with service and would definitely recommend .

They are punctual, courteous and professional, would gladly recommend to anyone I know. We had items which needed disposal, which they gladly accommodated.

Brilliant efficient service. They explained what they would do. Kept to their word, brought 4 vans and seven people and moved us from Surrey to Suffolk in one day. They listened and did everything we asked. Finishing by 5pm and left everything tidy.

Fantastic team, packers worked relentlessly on the 1st day to pack us up. The removal team then came the next day, worked incredibly hard to move us, not a single thing damaged and then came back 10 days later to remove the boxes used. Couldn’t recommend them more highly, 5* all the way.

Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end and I am very happy with the service provided. Thanks!

An excellent, efficient and good value service throughout, from the office staff to the team who did the actual move. That team were unfailingly polite, very respectful of our property and good natured. I don't want to move house again for a long time, but if I do, I would certainly use this company again.

If anyone is looking for a stress free removal service then we would 100% recommend City Removals!! From the start of getting a quote up until the final box was taken into our new home the service was amazing!!
We got several quotes and I will say I was very impressed with the services that were included in the quotation & was a little concerned that it too good to be true as it stood out BUT we were not disappointed!!
All the staff were fantastic, arrived promptly on time on move day & just worked so hard & did the job so smoothly and quickly!!
Have already recommended to a fee friends and will continue to do so!!
