Absolutely HORRIBLE support and communication!
It is shocking how bad customer care and support is when problems occur and you are left without an operational charger still under warranty. The lack of communication, follow up and care is embarrassing and had I known the level of care and support you would get after having the charger installed, I would definitely NEVER have used CITA as my choice of home charger.

I received the product and was struggling to configure and monitoring, great support received from the customer service team through WhatsApp

Shocking UK customer SUPPORT.. Theyvssy 24hr help what they mean is leave a message in wazap and it will take more than 24hrs to get back. The lack of knowledge is embarrassing. They can’t help and it’s well will get back and never do. They are missing basic tech support knowledge. Really bad example of how to offer sell a product and don’t have the back up to support it.

I using charger for my tiggo 9 in Pakistan and i really appreciate it. They are offering a good customer support service.

Great product and after sale service

I moved into a new property and had no idea how to work the existing charger. The support team were exceptionally helpful and got me up and running within just a few minutes. I found them to be so responsive and friendly and even checked back with me to make sure everything was working well. Excellent customer service

Fantastic support and service throughout the process

The interactions with my initial PoC (Shayan) were flawless, prompt, and knowledgeable. Some initial hiccups wit the installation team though they did a good job in the end. Charger has been well installed and cable is hidden under the interlock tiles. As with every service there is something to improve, the internal communication l, if streamlined, would greatly improve the customer experience. The manual of the charger should be updated to reflect the correct app (CITA EV vs CITA connect). Overall a recommendable and certified installer for EV chargers in the UAE

It charges well, havent had any problems with it.

They have put a lot of work into getting the scheduled charge sorted ,and it now has .Maybe the App migration should not have taken place without the scheduled charge aspect being looked ar first .
