Great service from start to finish. After initially contacting Smart EV at short notice to get a Ohme HomePro charger installed, I was given a confirmed installation appointment date within a couple of weeks which was much quicker than the lead time estimated by my home electricity provider! Donna Rothwell kept me regularly updated with progress and timelines, and the installation was installed on the agreed day and time to a very high standard. I subsequently received a follow up email checking everything was ok, along with the verified installation certificates. Highly recommend Smart EV - friendly, professional service from start to finish!

Recommend this company for EV car charger installation. From the initial contact with Donna Rothwell through to the installation of the charger, the service has been excellent and stress free. Donna guided me through the process and is always prompt in communications. The two people who installed the charger at my home were pleasant and have done a tidy job. Highly recommend.

The whole process from ringing in the request to the 2 Engineers working 4 hours in freezing conditions (and still smiling) was perfect. Should say ours was a complicated install with a garage 40 meters from the meter!

Professional from start to finish. Very prompt service as I had purchased the car only the day before (snap decision) and the fitting was arranged for the same week (Andersen are built to order, so pleased with the turn around).
The Andersen charger is nice and compact and functions as expected.
Alistair was very professional throughout (he even hoovered under my stairs where the consumer unit is fitted).

I had my EV charger fitted this week and the whole process from start to finish couldn’t have been more straightforward. Donna was brilliant — she took the time to talk through all the charger options and clearly explained the differences, which made choosing the right one really easy.

Getting a quote was simple and all done through my phone. The team even helped me book an installation date before I had my car delivery confirmed, and were completely flexible in moving it once I had the final delivery date.

I was kept fully updated with delivery and installation times, and the electricians on the day were fantastic. They talked me through what they were doing, made sure everything was set up properly, and helped me get the app installed and working before they left.

Very impressed with the service — highly recommended.

This is a very professional company! Our initial call with Donna set the standard as she was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions with no problems whatsoever. Installation was arranged to happen within just a few days which was brilliant for us. The weather on the installation day was awful but the engineers weren't daunted and did a first class job and kept us informed and updated as to how things were going. They were keen that the installation would be ideal for our requirements. The system has been operational for well over a month and works perfectly. We are delighted with the job and have no problem whatsoever in recommending this company .

Started with a Voicemail I'd left over the weekend, Donna Tel me 9.00am Monday and started the process, received the Quotation which was more than satisfactory as mine wasn't quite straight forward but nothing fazed them.
Alistair completed the Installation in just over half a day, perfect neat job.

In the first instance Donna was my first contact she did all the work and arranged for someone to come out to survey the site after this they came back to me with a cost and recommended best charger for me. Great company, we have had an Anderson Ev charger installed and the logistics of fitting it at our house aren’t easy but they did a really neat job and managed to conceal the cables. Very helpful and reliable.
