Its a pity the admin is so poor when the actual systems and engineers are so good.
great service but difficult to access. Why input customer number on the phone pad when its the first thing asked.
Also I have a integrated fore and security system, each time I call I have to convince the team member that it not just security.
Its a pity the admin is so poor when the actual systems and engineers are so good.

Good service
Engineer arrived in the time slot and was both pleasant and polite. Explained that the battery was overdue for renewal and gave us the option of replacing it or leaving it for another year. I chose to replace it.

The engineer was very helpful as usual when I was asking about potential problems with digital changeover as supplier from VirginMedia arriving tomorrow to change over digital supply for tv and wi-fi.
