Stewart Wile was the Technician who came to carry out our check. When making the appointment he was very willing to fit around the times that would suit us and arrived on time as arranged. He was very professional and pleasant and explained what work he needed to do (change a battery). Thank you.

Actual service is good but…
Actual service is good but administration could do with improvement, eg adding a fire alarm contract to our existing account for fire extinguishers had to be requested twice; sending me two different prices for the replenishment of fire extinguishers; not putting Chubb's bank details on an invoice.

Calum (Callum?) was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to listen to my (various) issues and handled them one at a time, making sure everything was dealt with before moving on to the next. I was quite distressed after a weekend of false call outs and less than helpful "assistance" from the weekend staff on 03448791770, especially as the nature of having a Chubb alarm is that we are trying to ensure the safety of something valuable. Calum has sorted out rather a guddle of a situation and provided me with support, service and next steps. I cannot thank him enough for his service, which has restored my faith in Chubb when others had put it on a shoogly peg!

Would have been 5 stars
Would have been 5 stars, however the alarm was never reset in the cash/devault room at Hoeford depot after the system was tested.
We have an audit due soon and if the auditor found this, we would have failed this element.
