After hearing about the poor chocolate quality in easter eggs from Cadburys etc I went in search of proper Chocolate and thank god I did what a find I ordered 4 eggs and everyone loved them, I have to say I kept the Caramel egg and its probably the best chocolate I have had in the last 10 years. Will definitely be ordering again. Keep up the good work PLEASE!

My wife purchased the assorted Easter Chocolate Hamper Bag for me and what was sent/ received was not what was ordered.
They swapped out the key elements -being the dinosaur & honeycomb eggs - for completely different products with no notification that this was going to or could even happen.
She emailed them to let them know and the response she got was basically ‘you got something didn’t you’ and that there was some small print somewhere saying that they can swap things out if they want or need to.
Thankfully I don’t have any nut or fruit allergies (the replacements sent contained both) and the chocolate itself is nice however these products are really not cheap and she only purchased from this company because of the novelty of the dinosaur egg meaning she has basically paid over the odds for something that was not received.
Had she of known that the company can just pretend to sell one thing, deliver something completely different and then just say so what, she would have ordered from elsewhere.
This whole experience also does nothing for the argument of supporting smaller businesses as the service received is absolutely shocking (as can be seen from the other reviews here)

I have also just checked their website and they are still selling the dinosaur eggs which they apparently didn’t have any of 3 days ago, and they are now on sale..?!?!

Do yourselves a favour and order from a company like Montezumas. Their chocolate is just as good, they have amazing flavours, are more reasonably priced and their customer service is great.

Ordered Easter chocolates for my children, with an estimated delivery date of 2 April. The order never arrived in time, leaving them without Easter eggs on the day.

I understand delivery dates are “estimates,” but when you’re selling clearly seasonal products, timing is the whole point. Missing that window completely defeats the purpose of the purchase.

Communication has been poor, and there was no proactive update to explain the delay or manage expectations.

Really disappointing experience overall. Would not rely on them again for anything time-sensitive.

Well, my mum on good faith ordered an egg for her grandson and it said guaranteed delivery for Easter. Her I am Easter Sunday and no egg. Granted it could be down to Royal Mail etc however do not guarantee something that is not guaranteed!! I had to buy one myself last night from the supermarket to prevent sadness for a 4 year old. Will not and I will discourage other people from ordering from them

At least the chocolate had a good flavour .
Very expensive egg so poorly packaged that it arrived in pieces ! A few bits of polystyrene around egg is totally insufficient and unexpected at this price point ! For a 500 gram egg at £55+ this unacceptable. Next time I will put half a dozen Lindt bunnies in a box with some newspaper .

I ordered an Easter egg on 29th March, today I received a notification that it will arrive on 7th April (at the earliest). I have no other way to now get an Easter egg to the person I am trying to send it to, and by the time the egg arrives, it will be too late. I get that you are busy, but your communication has been terrible, I suggest you inform customers that you can not fulfil an order and give enough time for your customers to find something else.

Incredibly poor experience - missed delivery date (without communication), when I chased they didn’t even have stock and suggested they’d deliver in a few days. I attempted to call the customer service number 7 times over the course of an hour, 6 times with no answer and once being hung up on.

I resorted to emailing explaining that the newly proposed delivery date was no good as we were away for the weekend. I wanted to ask them to reroute the delivery to meet us but no reply what so ever. You can’t rely on or trust this firm, I suggest buying elsewhere.

I emailed yesterday about only receiving one egg and one chocolate bunny. I am missing 5 more and am £70 out of pocket in a cost of living crisis. I am disabled. I cannot afford more eggs and I cannot get out to shops by myself which is why I get things delivered. Easter is Sunday. I cannot only give 2 people something. If I do not receive the rest of the items tomorrow, then I would like a refund please. Your website said order in time for Easter and so I did. But it isn't in time for Easter. 

I have had stomach surgery so I am unable to eat chocolate myself. I do not see my family often so all the chocolate will go to waste. 
I have received no response from the company when I email and call. Very unprofessional and upsetting.
Easter gifts ruined. Don't trust this company.
Edit: Zero response from the business. Easter day tomorrow. I will be rejecting or returning anything that arrives. I have asked to cancel the rest of the order. Still no response. I'm really appalled. Not to mention the very expensive egg and bunny I did receive are very small for the price.
Don't shop here for anything important like a popular event eg valentines, Christmas, Easter, as they lie and don't meet time constraints and don't speak to their customers despite many attempts and taking our money.

Bought 4 Easter eggs for delivery. Unfortunately one box was squashed and sad looking. I messaged customer services - nothing. I got an email from them a few days later asking for a review, and requesting I contact them if there was anything I was unhappy about. I resent my grump. Nothing. A high end company with lovely chocolate but zero customer service. Going to spend my money elsewhere.

ordered 2 easter eggs , unfortunately ome arrived broken. Messaged customer service and received a very prompt and helpful reply from Lewis. Upon sending photo of damaged egg Lewis assured me that this wasn't the service they want for customers and immediately sorted a replacement which arrived today undamaged. Can't fault this company at all and my nephews will, I'm sure, make short work of the chocolate eggs. Many thanks Chococo.

Had the best experience in the Stratford Westfield branch. We were initially greeted by Claire who went above and beyond and listened to my brothers eating difficulties. It was very interesting to hear about the different ingredients too. We were then looked after. Laxmi, Sami & Veronica who helped us with a few tasters.
A friend of mine was going to Stratford so I suggested she goes and has a look and asked her to buy some things for us too.
A big thank you to you all and can’t wait to go back

I absolutely loved Chococo! It was such a lovely treat to enjoy after breaking my fast — the quality and taste of the chocolates were exceptional. I really appreciated being able to select my individual chocolates, which made it feel even more special and personalised.

As a suggestion, it would be wonderful to see dedicated Ramadan gift boxes and Eid boxes in the future, I think they would make beautiful and thoughtful gifts. I will definitely be purchasing more again, especially as presents. Highly recommend!

Ordered a birthday gift box on Friday evening, paid for next day delivery (needed for the Tuesday), receive a tracking update on the Monday that the parcel will arrive Tuesday morning. Parcel doesn't arrive, still in Bristol. Contact customer service who were indifferent, no offer of refund or even postage refund. Apparently next day delivery is an estimate. Absolutely appalling service, I really wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. What's worse is that if I return the order I'll only get a refund if it is in perfect condition; however the company take absolutely no accountability for damaged products on the customer's end. Will stick with M&S from now on 😂

Many years ago, I went on a chocolate making course. I remembered chococo staff were involved in the teaching. I haven’t bought them for sometime but thought I needed a January boost. I went for the ‘festive collection’ which is vegan friendly. I thought I could share them with my husband who has irritable guts. They are beautiful to look at with superb taste. They have been a great treat after all the Xmas hype. Only side effect is lack of discipline! They were eaten in no time at all!

Vegan chocolates were lovely :) interesting flavours and presentation.

I use this company for presents to my daughters. They tell me that these are the best chocolates around. Nice shop in Exeter. Good online sales service. When I have messed up on delivery details they have sorted things out quickly. The chocolates look great too - works of art

I placed an order and it was dispatched the next day😊 great quality chocolate and I love that they are an independent business that sell vegan chocolate! Would order from them again and highly recommend 🥰
