Chloeyoyo

I received a faulty product, the quality was also not as described. I made contact via email to ask for a return (well within the 14day time frame as stated on their website) I did get a quick response stating they would not refund me. Several emails back and forth with no joy and no acceptance of a return. I made a review on Facebook which they have deleted, along with several other individuals posts with a negative review. Very strange how all comments are positive!? I will not be ordering from this site again. Terrible.

ZERO STARS FROM ME.

I ordered a oversize animal print cardigan Few weeks back. looked gorgeous in the pictures, came yesterday And it was terrible !!!! I brought this for someone XL Which is 16-18 size and it fitted me, and was fitted which it says oversize on website! and I’m a size 12, M !! Terrible quality, had holes in the pocket.
I emailed chloeyoyo as it didn’t have any paperwork in the bag and they said they cant give me a refund even though on there website it says they do! I paid £26.99 for this horrible tat and I just want to warn others and not to order anything from this place !!!!!!!

CHEAP TAT ...oversized cardy ,looks beautiful on advert 😂 thats a joke shall report to Facebook as it looks like a dressing gown a very cheap one at that absolutely awful no paperwork no return label no suprize as am sure they would busy on returns don't waste ur time or money on this cheap tat

Received my waterproof but it was too small. Requested exchange for larger size. They said they didn't have stock of larger size so couldn't exchange. Then requested return slip and refund. This was also denied and suggested I give it away. Total conmen.

The delivery time is good - considering the goods are from China. Wish I had looked at reviews prior to ordering! Lesson learnt.
The facebook ratings must be fraud, this company needs removing or investigating.
I revived the over size leopard cardigan, just fits, I mean just fits the bin!
Terrible cheap nasty.
Be warned stay away!!

Zero stars this company don’t give a dame abt customer service the coat I got was the same ment to be over sized but more like 3 size to small because the correct size in the coat they say it’s the size I ordered well it certainly is not I am getting in touch with training standards and pay pal it’s very misleading disgusting service.

Absolute rubbish. You only get what you pay for and I didn't even get that. The quality is terrible. Don't buy from this company. I had ordered the coat before I looked at the reviews which was stupid so I wouldn't even try to send it back.

Only putting one star as have to!

Positives Good customer service response!

Negatives:
Quality rubbish, size guide rubbish and guess what? cannot return the item. Although CS did suggest I give it to a needy friend!!! Thanks for that.

Serves me right I suppose.

I cannot disagree more with the bad reviews. I ordered an oversized raincoat in khaki one week ago. It is quite obvious that the company is based in China so I don’t understand why people are complaining about the delivery time. I received the raincoat today with excellent communication regarding delivery since placing the order. The coat is well made and, considering how cheap it was, looks exceptionally stylish. I have only given 4 stars as the sleeves are very slightly short. Other than that I am very pleased with the service and quality.

Absolutely terrible! Do not buy from this company! The coat I purchased was not anything like the item advertised in the pictures and after numerous emails they are refusing to give me a return address! Telling me to give it to someone who needs it.... I would be embarrassed to give this item to anyone, it is so badly made, I actually can't believe they're still allowed to trade and I so wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money on a company pretending to sell quality items 😡🤬 I hope this review helps the next person who is thinking of buying anything from this company

Terrible company do not buy from them, wish I had read the reviews before I did. Now I am stuck with two badly made coats, with no hope of a refund.

If I could give no stars I would.
Absolutely disgusted with the responses I’ve had regarding returning a jacket which has sleeves that would fit a child.
The last email reads “ sorry for the inconvenience. You can give it to someone who it fits”
Fuming !!!
Do not buy from this company

Do not buy anything of this company, the coat I purchased, is of that poor quality it looks like it’s been made by a toddler!! and the sizing is ridiculous, sleeves far too short! When I complained, I was told I couldn’t get a full refund, but was offered $3!!! Seriously a joke and a scam!!!

Absolute crap. After using the size guide i Ordered a coat for the wife. 29.99. It turned up . She put it on . The arms were 4 inches to short. The length of the coat was nothing like it looked on the website. The quality is shocking. I've seen better in the pound shop. They are saying they won't refund as we got what we ordered. STAY CLEAR of this joke of a company. Cheap chit that don't fit!

Claim to have a good after sales service but don't. Very disappointed with my purchase and my request to return for refund was refused. Money wasted!!

I would have given it 0 stars if possible. I have had the same experience as others. OVERSIZED raincoat that looks lovely in the picture advertised and clearly this is a picture taken from another site. When it arrived it might fit a 10 year old child! Sleeves halfway up my arms, more like a jacket than a coat, I didn’t think it was my coat when it arrived as the package could have been posted through my letterbox (and I’m not joking ). The material is cheap and quality poor, little threads hanging off all the stitching. However they are refusing me a refund as they say they sent the size ordered. Even though it was clearly NOT accurately sized. I doubt this coat would even keep you dry anyway. I’d be embarrassed to even give this coat away so it will go in the bag for the charity shop.

DO NOT buy from these scammers. Bought a raincoat tried to cancel my order within the 12 hours, they asked why I wanted to cancel. I said because I’d changed my mind (I’d actually read the reviews on Instagram 🙈) I replied straight the way, to be told they were closed and only open Monday-Friday 10-7pm (this was a Sunday and they had already replied to me) they said they would deal with my query in 12 hours. Low and behold, the following day they said my ordered had been shipped and they couldn’t refund; strange because they said they were closed On Sunday so how could they have shipped my order. Today (Wednesday) I received a despatch notification, so they have lied all the way along. I’m so sick of these Chinese companies making you believe you are buying from the UK and then send you utter rubbish in return, if this was a UK company they wouldn’t be allowed to get away with it. They steal picture of lovely clothes and then send you crap. So angry that I have fell foul of this scam. Both Facebook and Instagram need to stop these scammers as the majority are on there with sponsored posts like they are legit and they aren’t!

This is misleading in advertising on facebook as it gives the impression it’s a UK based company but it is in fact a Chinese company & the items are very poor quality. You will not get a refund, you cannot cancel the order despite the t&c’s stating you can cancel within 12 hours. Do not buy from this website!

This company seem a bit dodgy. Their website clearly states a return policy within 14 days of receipt of the item yet they have told me on the day i received the order that I couldn't return as I got what I ordered. One of the items just isn't a great fit however the other looks nothing like the image on the webpage but they insist it is the same item. There is no admin or return address on the website and just asks you email them. Seems to be Chinese based.
