Brought a large cardigan.
Definitely a small size and totally not as the description specified.
Will not refund and now won't answer emails.
No contact details of the company anywhere.

Scammers!! Ordered weeks ago and still nothing! There reply was we have sent it here’s your new tracking number which says not found.
Wish I’d read these reviews before buying

Absolute joke.... really wish I looked at this review site before ordering.
I ordered the leopard print cardigan and got a cheap looking fur coat, looks nothing like what they are advertising, Appears to be a chunky knit cardy on there site....wasn’t as if it was cheap either at £26.99...
I would not advise on purchasing anything from them.
I emailed to complain but they don’t care... Asked for photos and said yes that’s what was ordered and the quality is good.... as if...
I’ve learnt a lesson anyway...

Bought a coat, nothing like picture poor quality. Nothing in parcel so cdn send back. Sent emails etc. No reply. Never again

I ordered a cardigan, it come and it is like a cheap fur coat!! How an earth they are allowed to trade is beyond me!!! I contacted them, even though within THEIR return policy time.. they wouldn't let me return it as there was nothing faulty with it. ROBBING SCAMMERS!! Please dont buy from them.

BUYER BEWARE! Don’t buy from these scammers! The product shown on the website bears no resemblance to what will arrive, and they don’t allow returns. Their Customer Service is shocking! The product comes from China, although this is not made clear at point of sale!

Should be closed down but somehow still trading, Buying off them is just like throwing money down the drain. The cardigan my wife bought would not even sell at a jumble sale!

Why didn't I look at the reviews before placing my order!!! I am only blaming myself... ;(
Thought the rain coats in the advert very impressive, tempted to order a few in different colours as the price was well under my budget. In the end, ordered one and then plan to order more if I like it.... well, it turned out I made a good decision.
I generally wear size 8-10 (UK size), but ordered size 12 although the adv described as 'over sized coat' as it's a rain coat which is to be worn over winter clothes.
The rain coat arrived 2 wks after ordering;
- its finish is nowhere up to standard, not a quality as shown in the adv, the stitches are not even, thread bits are every where.
- the size is not at all over sized. Def can't wear winter clothes under the coat.
- above all, NOT a waterproof, NOT a rain coat
- blocked emails (?). Contacted the seller by email. Surprisingly, their response was nearly immediate. Explained about the problems above and asked the refund. From then, all my emails bounced back as 'Undeliverable'.

All my stories are same as the ones previous reviews written. I will contact my CC company to see it my payment can be cancelled...
A good lesson for the future. Buying items online, look out for reviews first!

I got confused with Chloeyoyo.com and Chloe.com & accidently left my review on 'Chloe.com'. Chloeyoyo.com is the one we need to avoid at all cost!!!

There should be an option for no stars or even negative stars!
My item was an absolute piece of rubbish and exceptionally poor quality. Customer services refused to discuss a refund even when photos were provided For evidence.
These items come from China, however the contact number on Chloeyoyo U.K. Facebook page is a random number in Germany. Call was answered and the person on the other end has no connection to the company.
This is being reported to Facebook.

Ordered the fluffy leopard cardigan and received what looked like a chopped off dressing of the cheapest nasty quality
So glad I paid through PayPal , the company have the cheek to ask for pictures when they know exactly the crap they are sending out
One good thing will come from all these complaints to PayPal , spoke to one of the PayPal team about this company and they will be flagged and removed the more complaints they receive!!

This is a very poor website!! Never in my 40 years of buying products have I ever been so disappointed. My advice is not to order from this company as the quality of products are horrendous, very cheaply made and not as pictured so don’t be fooled. Their customer service is also poor. Asked for a refund due to quality and fit of the product to be told I couldn’t have one even though it states on their websites refunds are excepted!!! They like to take your money but certainly don’t like to give it back!!

Omg just received my cosy fluffy cardigan today! I mean my furry dressing gown what the actual f**** is this piece of rubbish i have been sent!! I have emailed, sent a message and also raised a dispute with paypal. Also reported the fb page. I see from everyone else's reviews paypal are siding with them over the items being sent back to china before getting a refund! My husband said this is not right as the page says UK so this means paypal are aiding fraudsters! Make sure you say this when disputing with them! I am going to get my money back whatever it takes I am fuming!! Have tried looking for the advert now on fb to leave comments but I can't find it! I really want to call them out and let everyone know!!! PLEASE DONT ANYONE ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

Purchased a leopard print cosy cardigan from chloeyoyo. The advertised photo the item looks amazing but what I received was an absolute joke!
No return address and when i spoke to there support line they are totally not interested in giving me return address and are now refusing any form of refund.
Apparently this items normal cost is £52.99 but its in the sale at £26.99, I can assure you I wouldn't have paid a penny for this item if I had been more aware!!
Reviews being left on every social media platform to steer clear of this company. I shall do my utmost to ensure no other person falls for this scam company in the future.

If i could do zero stars I would, i received my order after a 2 week wait, well what can I say apart from I had to pick my husband up off the floor from laughing! the jacket I brought was a joke, I've never actually brought anything so bad. That's fine I'll return it!!!! low and behold there is nothing to enable me to send it back and after emailing them they ive had no reply. So now I'm left with a pair of trainers and a jacket (if thats what you can call it) and a bill of £54. I couldn't even sale it at a car boot.

I ordered the popular leopard print cardigan and received a cheap looking fleece bathrobe. Completely different fabric and pattern. Edged with a rough, cream binding that showed when on.
Complained immediately, they offered £1 compensation. I refused and they said I would have to pay to return the rubbish to China and they may then refund.
I raised through PayPal to be told the same, as it’s an international company they don’t pay return fees even if it’s false advertising and they send something totally different. Postage, tracked to China is in excess of £25!!
Furious to say the least! The website says UK and you pay in pounds. I am totally fed up with receiving absolute rubbish from China using deceit

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not buy from this company. As with other reviews the product is not as described. I contacted the company direct and the said I could not get a refund as it was my fault for ordering the wrong size - ordered a 14 and at best it is an 8-10, it says XL on the packaging. I opened a dispute with PayPal and the company have now agreed to a refund and have given an address to return it to but advise the only accept returns through DHL or UPS. I have checked and it will cost more to return it than the item cost. Do not order from this company!

Unfortunately there isn't an option for zero stars! I too ordered an 'oversized' raincoat after seeing an advert on Facebook and feeling reassured by the 100% risk free statement. I am a size 18 but ordered the equivalent of a size 20 to be on the safe side, ie their size 4XL. It looks ridiculous is the kindest thing I can say. I have played ping pong e-mail with two e-mail addresses and they refuse to give me a returns address insisting as they have sent the correct size ordered there isn't an issue. I've argued there is clearly a quality issue if the sizing isn't correct, not even true to size if it was a standard fit let alone over sized as stated in the product description. I am furious that I have been taken in by them and false advertising.

Horrible experience,

I bought a oversized coat one more size that the size chart said it was my size and even though it too small and no oversized at all.
Customer service is useless and just keep saying that as there is not quality problem and the size received and ordered match I am not allow to get a refund and they denied to give a return address.
PLEASE, DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! .....also products don’t look like as nice as in the picture.

Awful service. Ordered an item it arrived but was too small. They would not send me the address to return it for a refund. They also stopped answering my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Absolutely awful quality, ridiculous sizing and appalling service. No paperwork enclosed, just a cheap business card with an email address that doesn't exist. I finally found an email address and sent them pictures of the button holes that were closed and told them the coat doesn't fit. They said - no refunds. I told them I would report them to trading standards. They agreed to refund if I was willing to pay the delivery charge to China. I said I would (I found a courier who would do it for £10) but now they won't give me the address to send it to and have offered me a £2 refund - on a £30 coat! They are cowboys and Facebook should stop their advertising. I will not let this drop. I am reporting them to trading standards and complaining to Facebook.
