ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! Second one I am ordering for a gift. Their follow up/customer service was par excellence...

My husband & I are extremely happy with our Sole Mate - he is a pipe fitter & therefore is on his feet all day so he loves to get a foot massage at night while watching TV - well worth the money - the customer service is also outstanding ❤️

Terrible experience. placed an order, over 6 weeks and no delivery. Then sent for delivery after multiple complaints with company made. Placed on truck for delivery, not delivered and returned to depot, no explanation, contacted company, told they would expedite. 3 days later, no response, still at depot. I'm not convinced this isn't a scam, as any contact keeps getting kicked down the road..... I wouldn't trust the positive reviews.
Further to your reply, your courier was not responsible for the 6 weeks of delay in sending the chair. As ive stated from amex, they have advised to not withdraw the complaint until you have process the refund. If I withdraw the complaint, it is impossible to reopen and you still haven't refunded my money. With the dealings ive had, it seems foolish to trust your company to refund

1 week and they still didn't ship my order. I ask them for an update and they block me and cancel my order for no reason.
Shameful customer service.

Sole mate is a great product and is backed up by a company with really good customer service. I got a nice email checking in to ensure the delivery went smoothly and the product was meeting my expectations. Very happy so far!

Soup to nuts - this company and chair exceeded expectations. The ordering process - easy. Shipping - impressed, they ship quick and maintain constant communication re: your order. Phenonmenal.

The chair itself - very comfortable. I was used to discomfort, so it takes a while for that whole pleasure thing to set in... the padding on the back panel - that covers the massage portion is thicker than I expected and very comfy you cannot feel the massage points. You can zip/unzip this - I keep mine on, just easier and it's simple to flip over/and back.

The massage portion is absolutely fantastic. Not sure why I didn't do this sooner.! You have whole body and then other modes like back, neck, etc to choose from. Love this. It does give a timer on each of 10min - if at any point in time you change that - it resets that 10min. It also has multiple types of massage. Knead, A Knead, C Knead, Tapping, etc. Again - this chair if you are a person who drives like I do - sales manager for a large territory and also has a lot of desk chair time at the screen - this isn't an option - this is a MUST. save your health. i waited way to long to get this. There is no sense in being miserable.

Now, in all fairness - the cost to me IMO - is substantial. But, I mulled it over and thought this is an investment. How often will I use this actually? If I'm using it 5 days a week a few times a day - that's like $2-$3 a day over the course of a year and then it's paid for itself. For my sanity, my comfort and me not being just an overall miserable prick to be around... yeah, easy purchase at that point.

Customer service - they will reach out to you a few days after the purchase. I liked that actually, they care about your input and if you have comments. Normally, I would think that's something that is automated and you wouldn't get a response. I did - every point I made about how easy the installation was, but there was one area about the connection they missed on the quick install guide they may want to add - they noted that in their response.

I would give this company an A+ and the chair itself - A++++++ I'm using it now while I write this!!!

I am in love with my Chill chair and Soulmate!! Best products I have purchased in a long time.
The massages are comparable to a real masseuse and the variety is great. Everyone who visits tries out the chair and the foot massage & love them. A little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it. Customer service has been excellent and answers any questions I have. I highly recommend the products and the company. Best product on the market right now.

The best chair i ever owned , it perfectly contours to your body , customer service is outstanding, I lost the charger for the massage part of the chair , customer service handled the situation very fast , they are shipping out fedx a replacement charger , all I can say its worth the money for chair the other chairs out there that look exactly a like chill chair are a cheap knick off , chill chair is top quality, nothing beats it for message chair that massages muscles you never you had , excellent massage chair does more different massages you'll never go thru all the combinations of massages chill chair has , A#1 company ,product, customer service A#1 across the board in every category

Excellent experience! I had originally ordered a chair that was stolen in my apartment lobby. The support team responded promptly and had a new one shipped out ASAP and confirmed it was delivered and setup correctly. Highly recommend

Got the chair exactly when they said we would. Have used it for a week plus now it is awesome. The massage adjustments are perfect and I love the music selections full immersion zero gravity, full body massage and sound.

First of all, customer service was next level. Super quick delivery, constant follow up before AND after delivery to make sure everything was good. Haven’t seen service like this in a longggg time.

Got the Sole Mate as a gift for my wife and she’s obsessed with it 😂 My son who plays soccer keeps stealing it too after practice.

Looks super clean, feels premium, and the wireless feature is honestly a game changer. Easy to move around anywhere in the house. The 3 different modes are awesome too depending on the vibe.

Also… battery life is legit. We’ve been using it a ton and it lasts exactly like they claim.

Already had a bunch of people asking where we got it from.

I recently ordered both the chill chair and sole mate. It arrived very quickly (within a week) and I couldn’t be happier! Everything is great quality, very comfortable, looks fantastic and gives a very nice massage. Customer service is wonderful and even sent emails to check if I’m happy with the delivery and product. Just make sure to order from their official website as there are fake sites out there.

I’ve never used a company that has such amazing and attentive customer service. I ordered the sole mate foot stool, which, unfortunately for me didn’t quite meet my needs. I requested a return and there was a very quick response, advising me of the process. They answered every query I had with courtesy and respect and followed up to make sure I understood the process. The refund was in my account as quickly as they promised.
I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I was unable to keep my item (it was great quality but not suitable for me) and I was helped by Jemriel who was lovely and assisted with my return and refund. Great communication and the process was so smooth and painless. Would recommend them anytime.

This is quite the machine No cords a beautiful foot stool with your miracle massager inside! Never seen anything like it. It’s awesome
