Ordering was easy, it arrived on time, and the follow up by customer service team was excellent! They made sure we got what we expected and that it met our expectations! Definitely recommend!

The foot stool arrived very quickly and well packaged. I’ve had it about a week now and it has quickly become my wind down before bed, each massage setting last 10 minutes, I have been using it through 3 cycles (so half an hour) mainly because it feels soooooooo good 😁. I have struggled with sleep for many years (various health problems) and have found from day one of using this I have fallen to sleep quickly and had good deep sleep, which has been a massive bonus as I didn’t know it would have this affect, I had literally got the foot stool to alleviate my tired achy feet. I have not encountered any problems since placing my order, but can say customer service has been brilliant. Messaging to make sure I got my delivery instructions, messaging when I’d just received the stool to check that it had arrived in good condition, messaging just now (which is what prompted me to leave a review) to check how I was getting on ok with the stool. The foot stool wasn’t cheap, but so far it has been worth every penny.

I purchased the Sole Mate Ottoman Foot Massager and it is absolutely brilliant.

However after a week the right side air compressor stopped working to its full potential so I decided to contact their customer support.

Angel, the Customer Care Specialist, got back to me immediately through e-mail. I was asked to send photo and video evidence of the defect. After the team assessed the issue I was later sent a brand new one out within days of notifying them.

Special praise for Angel who kept me updated continuously through the process until the new one arrived, great customer service!

We have had out footstool for coming up to 12 months, and recently it just stopped working. I contacted Customer Service and they advised what to check, and asked for a video to be taken. There was not a solution, so they shipped a brand new one to us which arrived within a few working days.

What excellent customer service, there are many companies that could learn from his.

I had an issue with my Sole Mate Ottoman Foot Massager after a little over five months of use, and I reached out to Chill Chair’s customer service. They were very responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process.

After explaining the issue and providing a video and the serial number, they took care of the problem and replaced the unit. I really appreciate how seriously they took my concerns and how easy they made the replacement process.

It’s refreshing to experience this level of customer service. The product itself is great, and knowing that Chill Chair stands behind their products makes me even more confident in recommending them.

The customer service was excellent - Jemreil and another colleague went out of their way to help me get my Sole Mate delivered at the second attempt after a mistake from the courier. It arrived tonight and already felt the benefit of my first massage session. Excellent product and customer service. Happy to recommend

We LOVE the Chill chair. Originally bought it for my husband for the office and loved it so much he brought it home so we could both enjoy it whenever we wanted. We also got the Sole Mate foot massager and love that too! We’ve tried other less expensive “massagers” and they all are gimmicky and disappointing. Chill Chair and Soul Mate are worth every penny.

This chair is not only fantastic but the communications with the company were faultless. I have been left with loss of sensation following chemotherapy in my toes and I use the foot massager each night for 15 mins and get instant relief. I am recommending to anyone and everyone.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and support received by Customer Service for the Sole Mate Ottoman. Although it is a wonderful product, which it truly is, I had to return it. Customer Service, in particular, Angel, could not have been more responsive, helpful and understanding. So much so that I will continue to watch this company's products and I hope to own another of their excellent products in the future.

Ordered the Chill Chair foot massager and it came quickly, as described and works great! Within a couple days Chill Chair reached out to ask if all was good, I was happpy, the product came as ordered/undamaged etc.which I was impressed, most companies wait for the customer to follow up

My experience was great from the first time using the sole mate foot massager from chill chair. I had a slight problem with it and it acted up and stopped working. I was immediately comforted that a new one was on its way. It arrived within 48 hours. Customer service has been nothing more than superior. My next purchase is the chill chair. Just recently bought a chill chair. Unfortunately the chair was defective and it massage function was not working. I reached out to customer service and they immediately sent me a new one. My husband & I are extremely happy with our Sole Mate - he is a pipe fitter & therefore is on his feet all day so he loves to get a foot massage at night while watching TV - well worth the money - the customer service is also outstanding ❤️
