My appointment was cancelled at the last minute, having already waited 3 months for this appointment I was naturally concerned.
Dianne Johnston was amazing in trying to find me an appointment ASAP. She was so pleasant and patient and phoned again as had found an appnt within 2 weeks.

Charlotte who I spoke was brilliant with handling my call being very clear on my options as to where I had go to and the earliest available appointment . She was very friendly and even had the same birthday as me.

My original appointment witch was an urgent one over 2 months away was rebooked to an earlier one thanks to the staff at CHEC. The lady who phoned me was very polite understanding and most of all caring in what we discussed. It was nice to actually speak to a human instead of a machine. 5 stars all the way

Called to check my email had been received. I had sent to the wrong team but the kind member of staff asked me to resend, waited and confirmed receipt whilst on the phone. Really helpful from Nicola.

Staff here go above and beyond for there patients, after a huge mess up made by my gp surgery a lovely lady called Emily worked very hard to get it all sorted out for me making sure I didn’t miss out on the healthcare I needed , I’m so grateful for staff like this which unfortunately these days is rare so thank you Chec Worthing especially Emily !!

A very efficient and helpful booking coordinator sorted my appointments out.

I had a very good experience this morning with
Hannah Waite who was extremely helpful, polite and efficient. She made absolutely sure that my appointment details with CEC were clear which made me feel settled about my forthcoming procedure.

Delighted I made the call as my surgery has now been brought forward - something I was unable to do on the portal. The agent was particularly helpful and very professional, including the subsequent letter.
