I had a brilliant experience at Charltons. Easy to order on line and a really warm welcome from a lovely, happy lady in the store. Once I’d paid I was met by an equally happy and helpful young man who gave me my fence posts. Will definitely be using again, thank you.

Good product and delivered by Dominic…
Good product and delivered by Dominic in my absence from home at time of arrival.
I did input a little note on the original online order to place the items in a specified location.
So via my video facility at my home I was able to direct Dominic to the correct location as he possibly didn’t read the note on the order. Thus the 4star review.
However, a great delivery service topped off by the 1p delivery option which suited my project time precisely.
I will have no hesitation in using this option if required to do so.

Hi Kay, that's great to hear, thank you!
Great timber supplier
Great timber supplier - significantly cheaper that typical DIY chains. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy, drive through pickup. Only downside that some timber sizes are only available in long (4.8m) lengths - although they can provide a hand saw to cut the length down.

Very happy with my purchase of decking boards. Nice straight wood in good condition. I went for the 1p 3-week delivery option. The delivery was on the 21st day. If you are prepared to wait it’s a great option.
