I discovered chaiz.com thru a video on YouTube. I wanted to purchase a service contract for my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek that I gifted to my granddaughter. I spoke with Charlie on the phone after searching the website and finding a plan that would work for me and cover the major systems for the Crosstrek. They were very informative, observant to my needs, and helpful in ensuring I was covered with everything I needed. The contract provided was very straight forward and the price was competitive. Quick and easy experience
