I loved that I was able to do everything online but still talk to a person, if I wanted to.
I loved that I was able to do everything online. Ask questions, compare pricing, and still had the opportunity to call and speak to someone. I was emailed a copy of my contract and will get a paper copy in the mail. The reason this is only 4 stars instead of 5 is because the deductible that I was responsible out of pocket was not as easy to find as the rest of the information.

AGWS American guardian warranty…
AGWS American guardian warranty services and Chaiz sells AGWS contract are the worst and fraud car warranty services. They have been eating my money since 3 months. When claim has been raised they denied. Service is too bad. Repair facility has to wait on the call for 2 hrs reach time. I tried calling them multiple times but their response was negative. The claim was raised for actuator motor which is listed in silver plan. I have taken AGWS enhance technology package and mobility package but still they did not cover anything.
AGWS is a big fraud stay away from them. They are not refunding my money. AGWS warranty services does not cover anything. Stay away from them. When I asked for the refund. KP and Paula from support team told me to ask the refund from where you purchase the plan. Their supervisor patty called me and promise she will send me email with details but she did not sent me any email till now.
Stay away from AGWS. They will not cover anything on the warranty service please do not waste your money in AGWS.
It is humble request do not buy AGWS. My car was sitting in the dealership for 10 days for repair. There are no updates from AGWS and Chaiz. I have the silver plan including all the highest component. The actuator motor was listed but AGWS did not covered the component and they have eaten my money for many months.
AGWS is no good and don’t waste your money. Do not buy any plan from them. They are scam. Chaiz sold AGWS contract neither Erick nor Charlie is not refunding my money. Chaiz is saying go to AGWS and AGWS is saying chaiz will refund the money

Jagjit, we’re sorry this experience has been frustrating. We have reviewed your concerns in detail, including your service contract and the claim submitted to AGWS.
The component involved in your claim was the Valvetronic Servomotor. Your review states that an “actuator motor” is listed in your coverage. We want to clarify that point because the agreement identifies specific covered components rather than providing coverage for all actuator or servo motors.
Under the Enhanced Technology coverage you selected, the agreement specifically lists a four wheel drive actuator motor and control switch. The Valvetronic Servomotor involved in your repair is a different component and is not listed as a covered component under your Silver coverage or the additional coverage options selected at purchase. Based on our review of the agreement and our discussion with AGWS, the claim decision is consistent with the coverage provided by the contract.
We also reviewed your request for a full refund. Your agreement provides for a full refund when the contract is canceled within the first 30 days, provided no claim has been made. After the first 30 days, the agreement provides for a pro rata refund, subject to the applicable terms, fees, and any permitted deductions. Because your cancellation request was made outside of that initial 30-day period, the contract does not provide for the full refund you requested.
Our team contacted AGWS on your behalf and reviewed this matter internally, including with our leadership team. We understand that you disagree with the outcome, but we also want to make sure the coverage, claim decision, and refund provisions of the agreement are accurately represented.
We appreciate the opportunity to fully review and respond to your concerns.
