Pretty poor experience with Chadwell
Pretty poor experience with Chadwell. I signed up for a couple of phone lines for our Ltd company, and while the 36 month contract was a long one, I was made various promises regarding price reductions and new handsets during the 18 month review period.
While I did get an email confirmation of these promises, its my own fault for not making sure those had also landed in the contract itself.
When I came to the 18 month review, the terms were significantly poorer than I had been led to believe, and "it's industry standard" was the explanation provided.
Overall I am not able to shake the feeling that I was somewhat mis-sold.

Fabulous service from Tess & Kirsty
Fabulous service from Tess & Kirsty. Everything was explained well & it all went smoothly, 100% stress free. I’ve gone from stressing over not having any signal or data from my previous provider to having it wherever I go with no issues. Great service from start to finish and it was a nice gesture to receive a courtesy call a few weeks after to make sure everything was going well. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you lovely ladies 😊😊😊

Very helpful and thorough
Very helpful and thorough. He explained everything clearly and simply, which made it much easier to understand. Processing large amounts of information and technical jargon can be especially challenging for individuals with ASD, and although the gentleman I spoke to wasn't aware of this, he communicated in a way that was easy to follow. I really appreciated his patience and clear explanations.

Excellent- Would highly reccomend
Neil Evans helped move a few of our mobile lines over. They were nothing but helpful, reliable, and quick to help with any queries or needs. I would highly reccomend. Customer service was top teir too.

Super happy with my experience of using chadwell telecom, upon upgrading for a second term I had an issue with the new handset which was rectified super quickly thanks to Ashleigh from the customer services team.
