Amir Iqbal, the representative I spoke to was very good. Polite, efficient and helpful. So he gets my five stars.
My only suggestion to the company is that you have some sort of reassurance in place regarding authenticity of the call. In the current climate of online and telephone scams I would appreciate more reassurance that the call and conversation is genuine especially when handing over bank details. I.e. A confirmation email at the beginning, or pin number or an address where that call is being made from etc.

Better price…
We decided to change from the company we had been with as they were getting more expensive. We found Chadwells to be very competitive and the price was so much better. The whole process was so easy and everything explained really sympathetically.
It was really good to speak to a human instead of a machine as well

Great service & Friendly Staff
Great service, delivered efficiently and weren’t looking to push anything I wasn’t interested in. They saved me ~40% on my phone bill and it took 10 mins to sort out, cannot recommend enough, even if you aren’t sure about switching.

The staff were very helpful, polite & knowledgeable from the start to the finish of the switching process. Everything was well explained. How the process happens, the steps required & how it will occur.
I cannot fault their service plus they were dealing with a very nervous customer as I don't like swapping.
