Bravo! Our high school students have been successfully traveling to Europe, annually, with CHA for over three decades! CHA employs only the most professional tour guides, finest motor coaches, and best located hotels that each European destination has to offer. As an art teacher, my favorite aspect of these guided tours has to be the emphasis on art, architecture, and local culture. With CHA you feel like a VIP because each morning your group bypasses long lines into museums, ancient ruins, cathedrals, even the Vatican! The first time I turned the corner and saw David in Florence I became a statue in my tracks! Imagine, in the evening, as the sun sets, you smile at your students enjoying gelati around a Roman fountain in the piazza. That is when you realize that you are in the moment of La Dolce Vita! This school year I will lead my third CHA tour. Whereas last spring we visited Spain and Portugal, this spring we are going to London, Paris, Florence, and Rome! Mamma Mia! Ya know, Disney's Epcot is fun, but thank you CHA, and especially Ivy at CHA, for giving my students the real deal, and memories that last a lifetime! Cha, Cha, Cha!

My group of 6 traveled to Spain in June. We had a wonderful trip. The hotels were great and our food was excellent. All the local guides were outstanding. I have traveled with CHA 12 times. This company always delivers what they say they will. I highly recommend CHA!

I have travelled with CHA for numerous times and received the best care with experienced Tour Consultants at home and very knowledeable Tour Guides abroad. The hotels are always conveniently located (sometimes in town itself, other times right next to a subway). The itineraries are packed with great cultural and educational tours. My students and teachers traveling with me always come back with great memories and a wonderful experience thanks to CHA-TOURS.

As of today, I am a loyal CHA customer. Our tour "London, Paris, and the Alps modified" was excellent. From the planning stage to departure back to the States, everything ran smoothly. The hotels, meals, and restaurants were all above average. CHA offers a quality product for the price! I can't wait to travel with them again soon!

It was a very good trip. My students and I enjoyed the trip and they did not want to come back.

Our tour of Italy was a dream trip. We were partnered with another school, touring Milan, Venice, Florence, Assisi, Pompeii, and Rome. Our tour guide greeted us at the airport, and treated us like family. She was very knowledgeable of Italy's history,and always had humorous stories that kept the whole group interested and entertained. When individuals in the group had special needs, she made sure that they were met, ensuring that everyone was safe and having a positive travel experience, She went above and beyond duty to ensure the member of our group who had some health issues could enjoy the trip to the fullest. Without Simone, our tour guide, we would not have enjoyed the trip as much. She was awesome --an energetic character whom we all came to love!

Our hotels were of high quality, generally centrally located. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious and very generous. Breakfasts were buffet style, and at times dinners were too. We were able to sample some very fine Italian cooking. Having lunch on our own allowed us to cater to our individual tastes. Some of the adults would leisurely find a restaurant and while away the time in a relaxed manner. Others preferred to eat pizza, gelato, and other foods you could "take away," thus allowing more time for sight seeing or shopping. Everyone was happy!

Traveling by tour bus made our vacation so relaxing. Our local tour guides for the most part were excellent. They were very knowledgeable, and at times humorous. It was such a relief to have already purchased tickets at the more crowded venues, such as the Vatican, the Colosseum, and Pompeii. Our tour guides just buzzed ahead of the crowds with our tickets and headsets.

Aside from the breathtaking taking views and historical sites, we also were fortunate to see how lace is made, and we attended an olive oil/ balsamic vinegar, and wine tasting (for adults) session. It was really fun! The group loved seeing the glass blowing artist. I think to call the side trip to "a leather factory" was a stretch. It was a store that sold leather goods. The only thing we saw being made there were that belts, purses, etc. were being embossed with gold. Still, the group enjoyed the many opportunities to shop.

I found every aspect of working with CHA to be very enjoyable except one. Our group was rather small, so we were asked (told) that our travel dates and itinerary would change, extending the length of our stay, thus increasing the cost. We wound up loving the new itinerary, but I think somehow if a group's plans are changed that CHA might want to throw in a freebie of some sort. The other thing that bothered me a bit was that we had a single boy traveling originally, When he found out that he would have to pay extra for a single, or have to beg the other group to stay with them, he decided to drop out of the trip. We had an odd number of travelers, so in order to save the students money, one adult had to stay with two of the students. (Students are expected to stay in triples.) If an adult had not stayed with the students, they would have had to pay more, as would the lone adult. (Adults are to be in doubles.) It worked out for our group because we were flexible. However, I think groups really need to be warned from the early planning stages that the cost might be significantly higher if the number of travelers doesn't quite meet the specifications.

I will definitely use CHA again for my next trip. The ability to travel, knowing that we will be staying in great accommodations, seeing world-famous sites, eating sumptuous meals, while someone else does the driving, is too wonderful to resist!

This tour from inception to completion was very well planned, organized and executed through CHA and it provided a great cultural and travel experience for my recent group this past June.

The whole experience was great; I have been using CHA since the 80s and they have always delivered what they promised. Ivy carefully and masterfully prepared all the details of the trip, the tour director Simone Avilak was fantastic and the local guides great. We had a bit of a problem with our connecting flight in Amsterdam due to an air traffic controllers strike in Italy but we managed to regain our time lost thanks to our expertise of our tour director. I love CHA and I have another trip already planned for April 2017.

I have done group travel with CHA since 1995 with adults, grandmothers and grandchildren and have always been more than satisfied! My agent, Karen McLean has been "spot on" with every detail. The tour guides have been excellent, and the "step on" city guides have been great. Having just returned two days ago from London, Paris and the Alps with sixteen grandmothers and their grandchildren, I have to say this trip was one of the best! The tour guide, Lance, was the best ever, the hotels were definitely upgraded, and I always felt secure.

I chose CHA because my daughter had participated in a college tour to Italy with them. She had a wonderful experience. I did, too. I was very pleased with the accommodations, the tour planner, the tour director, and the local tour guides. I liked how well our time was balanced. I didn't feel rushed and appreciated that we had time to tour, to shop and to rest. I was also impressed by the variety of food we had. One of the highlights for me was my students being able to have a night out enjoying Tapas. If I took students on another trip, I would not hesitate to use CHA.

I have traveled with CHA since 2003 and their level of professionalism and expertise have always been superb. During those thirteen trips to different European countries, my students have been enjoying experiences that will cherish for the rest of their lives. Thank you, CHA !

I have traveled with CHA since 1983. Every trip has delivered an outstanding experience. My group has always returned ready to book their next trip with CHA. The hotels are located in the city and are very nice. The tour guides are there 24/7 to help ensure a wonderful trip for all participants. CHA has served Bishop Kearney High School, Brooklyn, NY very well; providing our students with an educational and memorable experience of Canada, traveling through Montreal and Quebec City. The hotels were centrally located and beautiful. Our Tour Director was very knowledgeable of Canada and its history and a huge contributor in the fun by taking the group ice skating and to a hockey game.
On this tour we had a female Bus Driver; which was a fun compliment to our group of all -female students The activities were fun and interesting, the Canadian foods was delicious and we learned how maple syrup is made.
I highly recommend this tour. French Canada is beautiful!
