For price and quality, there is no better value than CHA. They have consistently met or exceeded all of my expectations.

Our group had a wonderful trip to France with CHA tours in June of 2017. This was the second trip I have taken with CHA. Both Bart our tour director and Corinne our tour guide were exceptional. They were accessible, personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Have traveled with CHA Educational Tours on 4 separate occasions and have always been impressed with their customer service, promptness to detail, and overall organization/structure of their trips. Tour directors have been both knowledgeable and accommodating in making the overall trip experience a memorable one.

The tour director helped me at every stage. Although I did not have enough students to make the trip, the director quickly found people to join us so that my students could enjoy touring Europe. All of the hotels were fantastic and close to the sites. I highly recommend CHA Tours.

Have traveled with students with a couple other companies.....none of them live up to what CHA provides. We have been consistently happy with their service (over more than five trips) with their service before, during, and after the trip. You truly get what you pay for, and the slightly higher cost is well worth it. Always great hotels, meals, tour directors, and tour guides. Highly recommend.

We have traveled with CHA in 2015 and in 2017. We are gearing up for our 3rd tour with CHA in 2018. We have had great service with CHA. We would recommend them to everyone.

Buyer beware - rude and unresponsive customer service. I sent emails that were ignored and had a very bad experience. Was unjustly charged a late fee and there was absolutely no flexibility for them to work with me on the issue. Three ignored emails and two calls with very rude representatives did nothing. Will be recommending my child's school choose another travel company in the future.

Phone customer service was not good. I called about an issue with my credit card and the ladies in customer service were rude and impatient.

I have taken 3 trips with CHA since 2008. I traveled with students to Spain, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico. My students and I learned so much on these very highly educational trips. With having traveled to 3 different countries, through this company, I can see that CHA sets up great accomodations for the traveler and provides the traveler with experiences that will last a life time. The guides not only offer information, but truly help to immerse the traveler in the culture as much as possible. An example of this was when we arrived in Spain, our guide immediately offered us a chance to experience the opening night of the Bullfights. In Costa Rica, in addition to all of the extremely adventurous activities we did on the itinerary, we were able to take a catamaran out in the Pacific and go snorkeling. The food in Costa Rica was phenomenal and the accomodations there were beyond what I had expected. In Puerto Rico, the accommodations were nice as well, however we had a guide that was unfortunately having some medical issues, which made things extremely stressful for my group. This was not the fault of CHA, however. The food in Puerto Rico was mediocre. The itinerary didn't seem to be as full as the itinerary of Spain or Costa Rica, but I think that this may have been due in part to the guide, and the country we chose.
Overall, I had 3 very successful trips through CHA. I will continue to choose them in the future to travel with, as they are very professional, organized, and easy to work with. These trips truly shape who my students are and the direction they take after they graduate. Thanks so much!

Group# 0513, tour code TET847. After paying $6,100 for a European trip of a lifetime, I felt that the administrators at CHA should have booked the flights immediately after the deadline of April 15, 2017 instead of waiting until the end of June to ensure better seating, We sat in the very back of the plane. I enjoyed all the historical places visited, however, getting to and from each city was a challenge. After the long trip flying overseas, and at least a mile to walk with two bags of luggage, the bus driver(s) assigned, didn't want to pick us up at closer locations in any of the terminals. It was extremely hard for my group of (ten) senior citizens. Then there's no air conditioning on the bus on an extremely hot day. Once arriving to the hotel(s) there were no bellhops to help with luggage, so this was another challenge getting into the hotel and up to our rooms. The hotel accommodations were strictly for juveniles/ young adults. Twin beds were in all the hotels and room changes couldn't be made because the the hotels were full. After paying an additional fee of $494, for adults, there should have been mature accommodations. Transportation and accommodations are very important to me and other guest involved and I would hope that these issues can be resolved. I was very disappointed with the way we were handled on this trip. I would never recommend any paying adult to use this company. For more info contact C.Phillips

CHA plans exciting cultural excursions for students. They see the most important attractions in each city. Their tour directors are experts in the fields. The hotels are always centrally located. I would definitely recommend CHA to anyone planning to take students abroad.

The tour was excellent. We had an excellent tour guide. The hotels were fine and the locations great. The only issue we had was with the air connections on our return flights. The connections were to close and the only way we were able to return as scheduled was wth the help of our tour director.

I have traveled throughout the world with CHA since the 1975-76 school year and I would never consider going with any other company! Every trip has been an exciting adventure for students and adults alike. The itineraries are well planned out, the value is excellent, and the support for chaperones at home, as well as abroad, is great. Why look any farther??

Another great CHA Tour - after over 25 years travelling with CHA the quality of the tours continues to improve. Great balance of fun and education !! Bart our tour counselor and Alessandro our tour director both did a phenomenal job.

The tour was excellent from the beginning to the end. The hotels, meals, tours and guides were all excellent. Our tour leader Alessandro was phenomenal. Cha did a great job with the tour. I highly recommend them! I've been with them for 30 years and they are the best in the business.

I took 26 students to Italy over the March 2016 break. The hotels were wonderful, the food was great and our tour guide Paola went out of her way to ensure that we had a smooth, informative and fun visit. We did the "Gems of Italy" tour. Being able to walk to everything in Rome, Florence and Sorrento made all the difference. Our gondola rides in Venice were also pretty special. Irena, our tour agent back in the Sates, was very easy to work with and made the whole process run smoothly. This was our 5th tour with CHA. We will definitely use them again!

I have been dealing with CHA personally for five years, and have chaperoned for ten years before taking over the trip and never had a mishap. Everything has always been handled efficiently and professionally. All my students come back having had great experiences and always boast about how great the trip was, thus creating interest for the following year!

"Haste ye back" was the sentiment shared by my thirty three participants on CHA's tour entitled "The Highlander." Our common experience of Scottish culture included a bagpipe street parade in Edinburgh, optional haggis as a side for breakfast and shortbread for tea, glistening waterfalls throughout the lush, green countryside, virtual reality experiences at the Culloden Battlefield and Loch Ness, and costumed actors demonstrating everyday life at Stirling Castle. Our comfortable, clean, well-located hotels sometimes had added features, such as, a two-storied grand staircase or attractively presented gourmet food. Our tour director and coach driver efficiently orchestrated our tour, and they even tolerated our group singing "The Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond" as we viewed the famous loch. We experienced history first hand of Mary, Queen of Scots, Bonnie Prince Charlie, and Robert the Bruce, and shopped for clan plaid items at unique Scottish woolen mills. This was my twenty first tour with CHA, and once again, they provided my travelers with memorable, enriching experiences.
