I couldnt get my head around a…

I couldnt get my head around a particular issue with the way a system was set up at a customers house.
Well i know a guy who could, Spoke to Lamont based in Leeds, not the first time ive spoken to Lamont, He was able to remote connect with the system and sort it out in no time at all.
This guy is like an Oricle, no idea how he does it, but im glad he does.
Thumbs up.

Bought an Ajax alarm system - Good experience.

Purchased an Ajax alarm system along with extras from CCTV Direct recently, the web site is easy to navigate plus there are links in the products to the specifications and other details. Prices are very competitive and delivery was made by DPD in less than 24 hours which was pretty quick. They also have a technical helpline that I did use which for me is a bonus, not least considering their pricing is so good - check out the coupon sites though as they seem to have discount vouchers available quite frequently. Yes I do recommend them, they're both fair and friendly.

Replaced router then lost network cameras
A big thank you to Lamont at CCTV Direct Leeds for logging on remotely to site and reconfiguring the IP addresses of the lost cameras

Daniel was knowledgable, professional and so helpful - he logged into a problematic camera that was locked out on the wrong password; he changed the password and ensured all was operating correctly.

All done in a matter of minutes and with a cheery disposition.

Fabulous aftercare service for their high quality products.

100% recommended

As technology moves on at speed it’s such a comfort when the person on the other end of the phone can give technical support, Lamont at cctv direct went over and above to assist me in getting my camera system working and back on track, as their technical support team is excellent I will always purchase equipment from them.

Over a number of years we have bought 3…

Over a number of years we have bought 3 cctv systems from this company and today bought our 4th .
Daniel is a star very helpful and spends time setting up on line and explains how to use the dvr.
All the team a cctv are helpful thanks a lot guy's.

Had forgotten password contacted…

Had forgotten password contacted technical dept asked me to send serial number of my recorder by WhatsApp replied immediately with possible codes from picking up phone to contact cctv to accessing my playback less than 5min amazing service thanks Daniel
