Terrible customer service, literally non-existent. My 2 kids are decked out head to toe with asv pro stuff, wanted to get them ccm clothing for Christmas, ordered hats, hoodies, pants jackets, shirts, they don't send the full order, don't tell you they can't send the full order, and now the stuff they did "send" says shipping info received. Reached out with several emails, tried to call, no response. Won't get it for Christmas, will look for any brand besides CCM from now on.

I bought my son a goalie helmet. The helmet cost almost $1000. After 1.5 months, the paint started to just peel off the helmet. The company said it was just cosmetics. At the moment, the helmet is getting worse and worse. The company simply stopped responding to my emails. Terrible service and terrible products. The company does not bear any responsibility for its products. You can tell from the helmet that it is a factory problem, but no one wants to be responsible for it. I will not buy their products anymore.

Recently bought a pair of ccm gloves paid close to $200

Within 10 uses stitching on middle fingers pulled out. sent in a request for warranty they claimed it to be cosmetic.

How is stictching on fingers on palm cosmetic where are fingers are sticking through gloves.

Horrible customer service will not buy ccm again

My son has bought a few CCM sticks over the years. For the price you would think they would last for awhile…not the case! The last one cost him $450 and he got 6 uses out of it (of course it broke shortly after the warranty period ended). It seems these sticks only have about 10 uses in them. Complete garbage for the price

no one answers the phone, no one replies to emails, messaged CEO today Marrouane Nabih to see if I can get any response but after seeing poor reviews EVERYWHERE and on his/her watch I'm not hopeful of any response. cancelled order due to not shipping on time and shipped anyways, shipped back (returned) and they have it and confirmed it was received a month ago. no refund to my CC yet and were going to send some swag for all the BS I went thru...that hasn't happened yet either (a good 2 weeks since that conversation.

We ordered a goalie blocker for my son on Nov 25 as a Christmas present. It is all he wanted. It never arrived, order always said pending. No updates or information, kept checking the site. We ending up wrapping up the confirmation email and he was excited for it to arrive soon. All the site said was" due to higher volume, expect delays of up to 10 business days". I was patient, trusted that they had a system in place. On January 2nd, I received an email back from my order inquiry stating "We wanted to let you know we are still working on your order and are doing our best to have it fulfilled! We thank you for your patients at this time!"

After a couple days I emailed back asking for an actual timeline as I had a child checking the door daily for his blocker.
No reply
No reply
No answer on phone

Finally spoke to someone on Jan 10th, it was forwarded to warranty. They said that CCM canceled my order a couple weeks ago and they don't have a system in place to inform customers of that. I asked to speak to a manager or someone with customer relations, he said that he will forward on my concern but I doubt I will hear back.
For a company of this size to not have a system for informing customers of cancelations is unacceptable. I will not support CCM anymore as they make it very clear, they do not care about their customers. Trying to purchase from CCM this year for Christmas was my biggest regret. My son only wanted CCM, he was so excited. We will bring him out this weekend to get his blocker from another brand. You lost a young supporter for life now.

Worst company. Cheap product

Really bad after sales service. They do not respond to emails or entries on their contact form on their website. They deliver partial order and leave you hanging with no details on the remaining items in the order. Leaving the customer to wonder if it is yet to be delivered or cancelled. My remaining order has been in the pending stage for 3 weeks with no movement and update.

Tried twice to purchase goalie sticks from CCM. Both orders sat pending for a week each time!! Tried calling and emailing with no response from either!! Customer service does not exist !! Save yourself the aggravation
and buy Bauer!!

$600 custom helmet shell cracked in 10 months of use

It shows online that they have a 1 year warranty on all helmets and CCM Warranty is saying they don’t have one. There is no where in writing that says a $600 custom helmet does not have a warranty.

My merchant even said it had a 1 year warranty.

We wore all CCM till this day, I will never support a company that doesn’t take care of their customers, especially on high end products.

Ich nutze seit 5 Jahren fast nur CCM Ausrüstung für das Eishockey. Einerseits weil es vom unserem Klub empfohlen wird, andererseits auch weil es so gut ist. Die Handschuhe sind einfach sehr bequem und die Stöcke sind eifach perfekt für mich. Das einzige zu bemängelnde sind die Schlittschuhe. Ich spiele seit 9 Jahren Eishockey und habe in 7 davon Bauer Schlittschuhe gehabt. In den 2 Jahren in denen ich CCM Schlittschuhe gehabt habe, haben sie mich einfach enttäuscht. Einfach unbequem.

Purchased a CCM composite stick that broke on its first use without any collision or reason for it to break. Radio silence from CCM! My son is very upset as he saved up for this himself.

Sale their premium hockey sticks with a low warranty of 30 days for a 300$ hockey that breaks in least then 60 days when you can buy hockey sticks at 100$ that will be solid enough to be used for several months before it breaks and comes with the same 30 days warranty.
