I love the bike
I love the bike. Easy to install and rides well.
I have had it for 1 week now and the headlight does not work. It didn't work out of the box. I called twice and sent 2 emails and still no response. Very frustrating!

Dont recommend at all.
Bike broke while riding it and got in a bad accident and broke my foot and big patch of road rash and a concussion and now have to live in consent pain and with the breaks failing and the front fork just randomly snapping they won't even make it right dont recommend VIVI bikes at all

Bike I purchased on Dec 2024 the ViVi 726Ful is a great price for $769 with the Modifications I made from mechanical brakes to Hydraulic Brakes, larger Seat, and new Crankcase bike is better suited. Customer Support is available just have to have patience in fixing problems with the bike 🏍 😀

Compré una bicicleta en VIVI y mi experiencia fue muy mala. Cuando la saqué de la caja, la cámara/llanta ya venía rota, como si el producto hubiera sido usado o mal revisado antes del envío. No es aceptable recibir algo dañado cuando se supone que es nuevo.
Lo peor fue el servicio al cliente. Envié varios correos electrónicos para buscar una solución y nunca me respondieron. Me sentí completamente ignorado. Si hay un problema, lo mínimo que uno espera es atención y soporte.

The bike is good customer service is terrible
The bike is good. The tire on my bike as well as my friends both went flat after a couple days. Customer service is terrible. Waited over a month for help finding the correct tube. Then was told it was out of stock. Went to the website and ordered two. Only received one and they refuse to ship the second.
