I am so pleased that I chose CB Plumbing and Heating Services for my new Combi Boiler.
There was no hard sell from Calvin, who was extremely courteous and informative. He inspected the existing area and related pipework for a replacement boiler. There was a good selection of Combis to choose from and my needs were attended to.
An all inclusive price included the purchase of a Vaillant Combi, Installation by a fully qualified Gas Engineer, 10 year Warranty,18 months workmanship Guarantee and 5 year complimentary boiler Service. As far as I was concerned an excellent price package.
Two days later Kevin G.E. installed the new Combi in a full day. All mess was completely cleared up at the finish.
A courtesy call the next day was appreciated.
Had a few problems with the new Auto instructions,
but a quick response from CB explained them to me.
Any other recurring problems, then I'm sure a phone call to Calvin will no doubt resolve them.
In my opinion, I would recommend CB Services in relation to Combi Boiler purchase/installation requirements. A very professional service to date.

John the engineer arrived at the allocated time stripped out old boiler and fitted new one altered pipework and carried out full flush out and carried out all safety checks and explained the operation of new boiler.

On looking for a replacement to a 20 year old boiler was on verge of signing up with a big national but came across these guys (small local operation) and so glad I did. Excellent service from start to finish.

Special mention to Martin who not only recommended that I consider a Viessmann boiler rather than the WB the big National had proposed, but also for putting up with my relentless questioning whilst I did my own research into the Viessmann’s reliability, efficiency and output capabilities.

Special mention too to John (heating engineer) for his sterling work in removing the old and installing the new boiler and pipework with minimum disruption, and to Mark (electrician) for taking care of the electrics (including installing a regulatory cut-off switch and the interface with my existing Hive heating control system).
All completed in one day in a professional, friendly manner and, apart from now having a nice new and much neater boiler, you wouldn’t have known the guys had been here.

At time of writing this review the boiler has now been in operation for three months (sorry guys, but me being me, I wanted to monitor and make sure your responses to my relentless initial questioning stood up before writing this) and has proven to be all that Martin and his team said it would be.

All this at a more reasonable price point than the big guys and, along with a Viessmann 12 year guarantee and CB annual servicing for the next 5 years, what’s not to like!

Will certainly be using CB for my plumbing and heating requirements from here on in. Thanks guys.

Great company to have your boiler fitted, salesman came at time appointed, uickly showed us our options and gave us a price, John came next day to fit boiler and cleared up after him, excellent service and no mess well done CB Plumbing and heating, would recommend this company.

Liam, the boiler installer did an excellent job to install my new boiler. He arrived on time, secured the carpet to protect it and started removing the old boiler in a safe manner. New boiler installed, pipework done, valve renewed where necessary, system flushed as agreed and finally, boiler started. Liam demonstrated the boiler operation procedure to the tenants like a classroom tutorial which is really appreciated. Finally, he vacuum cleaned the dust & debris very professionally before leaving the property.

Excellent service from beginning to end, no pushy salesman just straightforward quote with pricing and options provided. Fitters turned up on agreed date and time, clean tidy and professional. Follow up call couple days later to check all ok. This company have got it right. No hesitation at all in recommending

New boiler, fitted by john first class engineer, courteous tidy friendly, excellent service by Calvin the owner from start to completion the whole process took 4 days following failure of my old boiler, would easily recommend this company

We were very impressed with John, our installation engineer he was polite, efficient and friendly. The new boiler installation was completed in around 7 hours including new switch and concealed wiring. They were neat and tidy, altogether a pleasant experience. We are happy to recommend CB Plumbing and Heating.

Great company to deal with. Very good contact and experience both Admin and Installation. Kevin (Installer) carried out the Installation in a very professional, knowledgeable and safe manner. Kevin is a very nice man. I would recommend this company and Kevin.

Initial visit to assess the work was Monday and the boiler was installed with heating and hot water up and running by Tuesday evening.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and the communication was excellent.

Martin registered the boiler following the installation and the guarantee and servicing agreement all duly delivered.

It wasn’t a straightforward job as the old boiler was very old and the heating engineer, John, worked solidly without a break to ensure it was done in a day.

The price was very competitive compared to other providers. I am so glad I chose this company and have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

We went with this company because they promised great customer service. But when the pressure in the new boiler they installed kept dropping, they refused to come out and look at it. Then there was a series of emails and unpleasant calls, with them insisting it must be a manufacturing issue and telling us to contact the manufacturer, without them even setting foot in our house to check the installation. They then said we would have to pay a £50 callout fee, and when I questioned that they said that people waste their time calling them out when they can't work the thermostat and time is money. They were so thoroughly unpleasant to deal with that I got a heating engineer, a friend of a friend, to sort out the problem.

Had a replacement boiler pump fitted and communication was great throughout. Dealt with Martin on the phone and he was very polite and returned calls speedily. Kevin fitted the pump and was a lovely guy and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Recommended.

Radiator thermostat

Accepted a quote on Monday and by Wednesday evening I had a new boiler and a new radiator. Old boiler and two water tanks removed. All parts of flat protected, any left over bits tidied up and everything left nice and clean. Very cheerful and efficient engineer called Liam. He even brought in his own fan heater to keep me cosy while the work went on.
