We have used ACF for our own boiler, plumbing etc for several years. Recently Florin, has fitted a new boiler for my mum in law. He has also provided a gas certificate for a house sale of my parents home. Florin was able to identify and correct errors that previous , well known gas/energy companies, had identified as safe. I now feel confident that the boiler is safe as are all the gas appliances.
I wouldn't use anybody else.

We had our boiler installed a year ago, and Florin from ACF recently performed a service check. There was a minor problem with the pressure regulator, but he promptly addressed it on a Saturday afternoon. Both the installation and the after-sales support have been impeccable.

Satisfied with the service, they carried out boiler service and annual landlord gas safe inspection.

What can I say about ACF Plumbing And Heating.... been using Florin and his team for the last 5 years the communication ans service are second to none. With ACF its not about just taking customers money like some others do they are passionate about what they do they explain everything, the workmanship and cleanliness of their work is exceptional. After installing our new boiler 1 year ago Florin from ACF came and carried out a service, we had a small issue with the pressure regulator but he came out on a Saturday afternoon and rectified it. Can't fault them in the installation or the after sales service.

This has been the second or third time we have used AFC for our annual boiler and system service. Making the appointment is simple, AFC kept us informed and on the day the engineer phoned me 20mins prior to his arrival. It was the same engineer as before which was reassuring. He worked fast and cleanly. Explained the outcome, which thankfully was not serious, and left. One thing that really impressed me was that he put over shoes on his work boots before he entered our property. They are just throughly professional

Everything went like clockwork. The installation of my new boiler with Charlie and Ben was excellent. They are good with dogs, very informative, methodical and professional in all aspects of the service they provided during the installation, service and commissioning of our new boiler system. The specifications of the boiler matched our requirements in every detail through a thorough inspection by Florin. I have no doubts in that what Florin has specified for our heating system will make some considerable savings in the long run.

Florin came to give an annual check to our boiler..... Brilliant!
Then he checked our leaking shower, found the fault and said it had been badly fitted but should be ok for a while longer! He was so helpful and friendly and gave us very good advice and help.

Used them a number of times and always find them courteous and efficient,clean and tidy,highly recommended.

Good quick response to a worrying tap leak. Efficient repair. Most important they honoured the quote. Polite crew.

Got a notification from Anglian Water of a detected leak. Phoned ACF who helped me identify where leak was occurring. Within an hour Florian had visited, identified the issue and ordered replacement part. Ben arrived later that afternoon, replaced the faulty valve, completely cleared any mess.
Fault reported, parts identified and leak fixed in under 4 hours.
