I had some remedial pipe work done today by Ross and John- WOW! What a team. They carried out the work in record time. I can’t recommend CB plumbing enough. 10/10

I have no hesitation in recommending CB Services for the supply and install of your new boiler. They are extremely professional in all areas from order to installation. The engineer done a great job of the installation, if it wasn't for the new combi boiler you wouldn't know anyone had been there.

Had two boilers fitted by this company this year, one in our business and one at home. Outstanding service on both occasions, would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new boiler

Honest and Trustworthy; wont try to upsell you if nothing extra is needed, didn't even have to pay for the visit diagnosis and repair recommendation; just asked to replace the FUSE. I cannot recommend this company enough. The other 2 leading companies said we had a gas leak and needed the boiler replaced, what a shame the way some people try to do business; trying to take advantage of an old man who can't even afford it. If it wasn't for CB services NEIL I would lose faith in Boiler companies altogether.

I was very satisfied with the work done. The workers were very respectful of my property and ensured all mess was cleared away. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to others and will use them again in the future.

Staff friendly and efficient. Job details and price clearly explained. Ross the engineer who carried out the work is hard working, polite and very efficient, explained all the relevant information I had to know, credit to the company. Overall great job done and have no hesitation to recommend to other people.

Staff were all very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Continued update on what to expect, detailed description and kept up to date on every aspect of the job.
Ross was great and talked through everything once it was all set up and ready to go. Continued communication afterwards to check everything was ok and to contact anytime with any questions etc. Going the extra mile to make sure you are totally happy. Can't fault any part of the service.

The two engineers that installed the boiler were very professional, polite, friendly and helpful . They both did an excellent job and I couldn't fault their work at all. Delighted with my new boiler.

Great work. I required a little bit of after care after the initial work and they promptly provided it under warranty.

Contacted CB services on Facebook, not something I would normally do , I would normally use a more local company (Edinburgh) , great service from first contact to completion, very knowledgeable in what they do,don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need, engineer was exceptional, first class tradesman, they will be the first company I call if I need gas work done in the future.10/10 thanks Richie

I don,t usually do reviews but in this case I do feel this company merits it. Contacted CB online , 1st thing Monday Martin phoned me, that night Neil came and assessed the situ and gave me a quote...2 days later old combi out new combi in thanks to John, a very pleasant,knowledgeable and tidy worker. I even received a follow-up call from Debbie to make sure all was O.K. I would gladly recommend this company.

Excellent all round service. Discussed new boiler on Wednesday and it was supplied and fitted by Thursday.
Ross, the engineer who did the work, was extremely professional and courteous. Explained all aspects of the new boiler and completed the job with zero issues.
The price was very competitive and finance was arranged without issues.
I would highly recommend this company.

Contacted online, and CB Services had made contact within 20 mins. They sent a Surveyor that same day (Neil). He came out and assessed, we agreed a price and Martin arranged for the boiler to be fitted 3 days later. The fitter arrived(Craig) on time and set about the task. Boiler fitted with minimum fuss and all the mess cleaned up. Excellent tradesman, very informative and very pleasant nature. Once finished the balancecwas paid and Martin done the paperwork for the Warranty (10 years) and also the Service Plan (3 years free of charge). Would have no hesitation using this Company again and let me tell you this the big multi national companies could learn a thing or 2 about Customer Service. All in all an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them

Ross the engineer from CB Plumbing called today to do our service as promised. Ross was brilliant from start to finish and he took time to do the service, clean filter and explain things to us to get more efficiency from the boiler. Great service from Ross!

We recently had a new boiler installed by Ross and we are very happy with the process. He was punctual, polite, and explained the boiler and it’s working to us.

The installation was completed within the timescale as advised.

We are happy with the cost and work done and would recommend the company if you a needing a new boiler fitted.
