What a fantastic tree - it is so strong and looks amazing. I had a slight chip on the base and customer services sorted it straight away. I am so very impressed with them and would definitely buy again from this company

I bought one of the 5-tier cat trees and I could not be happier with both the item and the customer service.

Both of my cats started climbing on it straight away and had a great time exploring all the levels. It's been a lot of fun just watching them enjoy it!

Prior to purchasing I did make some enquiries via email, which were responded to promptly and thoroughly; this in particular made me feel very secure and at ease considering it was quite a big purchase.

Great little cat house, our cats like it as they can hide inside and play together. Its very easy to build which is helpful, I've rated 4 stars out of 5 as mine was damaged on the edge of roof wooden strip had a long crack in it, think courier dropped it, but I managed to glue it with some wood glue. Decent company to deal with & quick delivery times.

What brilliant service! As I wanted a slight customisation to the build I made an enquiry and nothing was too much trouble. They double checked and confirmed they could adapt the build as I needed and an order was placed. Once built they confirmed back to me it had been dispatched and arrived a few days later. Faultless and a great product on receipt. I ended up with happy cats which in turn meant I had a happy wife!

My cat, Ruby loves her cat tree.
I put the cat tree in our kitchen and Ruby climbed straight in (which I was delighted about because she has never used various other beds bought for her). The cat tree gives Ruby a great view watching us while we cook, eat etc.
The cat trees are well described and clearly photographed with good details of the dimensions etc. and it is stable - no wobble!

I have bought three times from this company and every time except one, I have received items quickly, the one time I didn't it was due to the supplier sending the item but I was kept up to date with it until it was received. I would buy again and again from this company as they're professional and I like the products they sell. My cats love the cat trees from here and they last a long time.

The cat trees are of an amazing high quality. They are worth every penny. The customer service is excellent and they get back to you with any query ASAP. I have bought 4 cat trees from them so far. Cat Tree UK provide good quality cat posts and furniture and the large designs are unique. My cat gives it the paws up.

Arrived packaged well and was fairly easy to put together, the "house" is a bit on the small side for my ragdoll cat compared to her last one which has rotted and fallen to bits (which she loved). So far she has not entered the new house, it does not seem to be that sturdy and the "floor" is slatted allowing draughts to come through.

The company were very responsive when i had questions, the quality is amazing, and the cats love their new tree!!

Great well made product and arrived on time

I ordered my cat tree ,and the item was taken from where it was left not in my safe place .the company has emailed and said it is nothing to do with them .and basically saying it shouldn’t of been taken from outside my house as it’s a big box .the delivery company has asked for them to open a signature dispute.which they are still refusing .and saying it’s my fault I haven’t recieved my purchase.they accused me of being abusive .not once was I abusive .I was told I was lying and there was no way my parcel had gone missing .so very upset at a loss of £160 .not once did I bad language or abuse them .and they were not helpful at all from the first email.just want to pass the blame .as a customer all I wanted was the item I saved up for very hard to buy for my cats,wasn’t my fault that it was not recieved .and telling me to check my door bell.which doesn’t record .but again told me I was lying ,then they message and say they will help and contact dpd.to them email and say not a chance now .because I left a review .which is truthful to what happened .and didn’t want anyone else to go through this upset and unnecessary stress.when all they had to do was help me to contact the delivery company as I pleaded for on so many emails .avoid if you actually want to receive your fur baby’s item

I always bought cheap cat trees from local stores, and they used to fall apart and bend and just look bad. I’ve had the cat tree I bought from this website now for months and it still looks and feels brand new despite my cats absolutely loving it! It was super easy to set up, and there’s so many options on the website I was able to get just the perfect one for my cats. I definitely think it’s worth spending a tad more to get one of these good quality cat trees
