Cat Flap Fitter - Cat Out Of Glass Anmeldelser

Really lovely friendly people! We’re quick to respond to my enquiry, the measuring and fitting was done quickly and they made it easy and stress free! Was also the most reasonable priced company I found after doing lots of research :) very pleased!

Really happy with the whole process and final result - it looks amazing and my furry friend is extremely satisfied! Great comms and I appreciate the flexibility with the instal - definitely recommend!

Excellent product and excellent customer service. Sarah and CJ made the experience of getting a cat flap so pleasant. The measuring was done a day or so after the quote and in a weeks time was given a fitting day and it looks great, works well and has given my cat some freedom and I don't have to open the door for the cat every 5 minutes. Recommended.

I highly recommend the company. From start to finish the communication and the customer service were excellent. Sarah and CJ were both professional and friendly. The cat flap looks great. Thank you to you both.

Fabulous company, within 4 days of my initial enquiry, a quote had been sent, agreed and the work was done. Sarah was friendly and efficient, emails were answered promptly. CJ was also very friendly and the job was done within 30 minutes, he was polite and courteous and there was no mess after the job was completed. (He was also great with the kittens!). Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish, I would highly recommend for cat flap fitting. Very helpful and great advice from both Sarah and CJ.

Fantastic job, great service. Definitely recommended.

I would gladly recommend this company to anyone looking for cat flap installation. Customer service was great from quote to installation, with knowledgeable advice and great communication all way. Many thanks to Sarah and CJ.

CJ & Sarah were both a pleasure to work with.

Arranged to get a cat flap fitted in our double-glazing and Sarah brilliantly organised the whole thing with an accurate quote for the work (including a few extra bits).

CJ was super friendly and a pro. Came, fitted and tidied up after. Could not fault a single thing just excellent service - thank you both!

I cannot praise ‘Cat out of Glass’ enough. They provided a first class service from start to finish and were very reasonably priced. We did have a bit of a blip with the glass but the problem was sorted as quickly and amicably as possible. Sarah was ‘on the ball’ answering any queries I had and keeping me up to date throughout the whole process. CJ went beyond being helpful and informative and was fast and efficient at fitting the actual cat flap. I would highly recommend using their company as, in my opinion, you couldn’t do any better.

Everything about this company was amazing from the first email enquiring to the fitting, the communication is amazing and nothing is too much trouble.

Hands down one of the best companies i have ever used.

Everything about ordering was brilliantly straight forward and final product is perfect. Every stage (booking, measuring, processing time, install) was communicated to me clearly and with no prompting. One of the friendliest and most efficient companies I have experienced.

All round excellent service and I would highly recommend this company. Very pleased with cat flap! Cat is super happy :)

When I bought my new house I didn't realise that hardly anyone installs cat flaps through large sliding glass doors. My sliding glass doors cover the entire wall that leads out into the garden and there was no other place a cat flap could reasonably be fitted other than through these glass doors. I was told again and again that 'we don't/won't/can't do it' to 'it can't be done' at all. I am SO glad I found Cats Out of Glass. From my first and all subsequent communications with Sarah through to measurements and fitting by CJ, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. They are a first class operation. I really don't have enough superlatives for them! They are professional, thorough, clearly expert, prompt, courteous, knowledgable, easy-going human beings ... I could go on and on. All costs are totally transparent and much less than I had expected, process and timings clear; in fact I could hardly believe it, I was told it would take a good 2 weeks for the glass to be made but CJ took measurements on a Friday, I paid that afternoon and installation took place a week and 2 days later, on the Sunday - a Bank Holiday weekend no less! Measurement took maybe 20 minutes tops, installation around 30/40 minutes (it's a fascinating process, I had no idea). Cat flap, glass adaptor, even batteries are included in the price (I got the Closer Pets - formerly Catmate - microchip cat flap as that is the one my cats had at my previous place and both they and I were used to). After a good sniff inside and out, my cats were using the new cat flap right away. I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending this company for any and all cat flap installations.

excellent communication and support choosing the right cat flap. Thank you, all went well with the installation, cats are still a bit unsure but hopefully will get used to it quickly. very pleased with the service provided, would recommend.

The service and communication we received throughout was top notch helped by a friendly and support team!

Thank you Sarah and CJ for making this progress easy as well as cost effective!

We just wanted to say thank you for a 5* service!!
