Our microchip cat flap was fitted yesterday by Cat Out Of Glass and from ordering to installation everything was handled so well. Sarah kept me informed of progress every step of the way and CJ the fitter was brilliant, very polite and really helpful explaining how it works. The whole job was done without any hassle and with the customer in mind the whole way. Great job and I can highly recommend Cat Out Of Glass. Thank you Sarah and CJ.

What an amazing company to deal with from start to finish. Sarah replied to emails very promptly and was very friendly and helpful and updated me regularly from my first enquiry all the way through to after the instillation was finished.

The guys fitting the glass and catflap were great. They fitted everything quickly and expertly. They left everything tidy and we're very friendly and helpful, explaining how to use the catflap and how to get our cat use to the cat flap. Definitely recommend this company.

Such a wonderful company to deal with - their customer service is fantastic, which is very rare these days.
