Cat Flap Fitter - Cat Out Of Glass Anmeldelser

Never thought I’d be saying this but I thoroughly enjoyed getting our cat flap installed! Exemplary service from start to finish, from booking with Sarah all the way through to measuring and installation by CJ, who is a really lovely person to have around. It’s a shame I don’t need more any cat flaps installing!

CJ and Sarah are a such a delight to deal with. The whole process was smooth, quick and easy. The quote was extremely reasonable and the level of knowledge and skill CJ has is fantastic. If you need a catflap put in glass do not go anywhere else!!

Our cat flap door required the glass removing and replacing with a custom piece of glass with the skeleton fitted until the bottom section of the door.

We had many questions and the lady who was in charge or responding to requests, Sarah, was very prompt and thorough in talking us through all of our options for the cat flap, the door and timings.

This was then backed up by CJ who fitted our cat flap - clearly an experienced professional and cat person himself, he was incredibly friendly and great at answering my intrigue in the process.

They also sell (at below RRP) and install microchip/WiFi with app pet flaps and are knowledgeable about getting them up and running and introducing your pet to them which was very helpful.

Highly recommend Cat Out of Glass, and can personally vouch that their pricing was the most competitive for what we needed (higher level of complexity) as we had four other quotes prior to selecting them.

What an outstanding company. Absolutely EVERYTHING was top-rate. Sarah in the office was lovely and communicated in a clear, friendly way at every step and CJ, who installed the flap, was a star. Loads of help and advice throughout and the cats have started using the flap immediately so we couldn’t ask for more. Cat Out Of Glass are fantastic.

We were really impressed with CJ and Sarah recently fitting a cat flap into a window for us - everything was responded to very promptly, clear details/guidance, reasonable price (especially compared to some other places we received quotes from), and overall a very positive experience! The fitting itself was all finished in under an hour. Would definitely recommend to others.

Excellent service!
Really speedy fitting, a range of choices for cat flap and made me wonder why we waited so long to sort it!

Excellent communication. Very quick estimate of job, time and costs. Brilliant, speedy and professional completion of job. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much. Cat flap looks great in the bifold.

They came at quick, agreed times then explained the process and the timelines. They were professional and polite and then did an even better job by delivering early
Would recommend to anyone

This is a fantastic company . Impossible to fault..such prompt and friendly service from first contact to completion of job..I certainly would recommend to anyone looking for a super company.......my cat agrees as well.......

We have a large (and turns out quite non-standard) sliding door leading to the garden. We wanted a new catflap fitted into the glass.

Working with Cat Out Of Glass has been great from the start. After quite a few quotes, I also thought their pricing was very competitive.

Sarah in the office has been very helpful, always responded promptly to my queries and kept us abreast of updates both via email and text messages. I felt the booking process was easy, friendly, quick, and I always knew what was happening.

CJ the glazier was also very friendly, professional and punctual. He took the time to explain everything there was to know about our sliding door, how the installation was going to work, as well as useful tips about our catflap model.

Him and his colleague fitted our new glass and flap in record time. I came downstairs as I thought they needed something, but no, the installation was just fully done in 20 mins.

I would thoroughly recommend Cat Out Of Glass to anyone.

We had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Sarah responded to our initial enquiry really quickly and kept us informed throughout. CJ arrived promptly, was professional, friendly and courteous. His tips were really helpful. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I recommend this company 100%!

Sarah and CJ were a pleasure to do business with. They answered all my questions and the survey and fitting were completed swiftly and professionally. I would recommend their service to anyone who wanted a cat flap in glass! Excellent service.

Quick to respond. Very good customer service from start to finish. Reasonably priced. The work that was carried out was immaculate. And I didn't even need to be home for the measurements to be done. If you need it done, choose Cat Out Of Glass.

Cj was brilliant the 2nd time I've used him done a fantastic job came out measured up ordered the glass all done and work completed within a matter of days good price really great company would recommend to anybody

The explanation and communication by Sarah was great and very helpful to understand the pricing and options while CJ who would be on site keeps the installation site clean and very helpful to explain the how the product works and friendly. Very satisfied with overall experience.

Brilliant experience with Cat out of Glass. Responded to my request for a quote the same day, came to measure up a few days later and my cat flap was fitted 2 weeks later. Very reasonable pricing and a personable team to deal with. The flap itself involved the replacement of a very large double glazed piece of glass, and the quality of the replacement glass and fitting was just perfect. 10/10.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I submitted an enquiry and got a quick response from Sarah, I got al the information I needed from her and clear instructions were available on how to measure the window. We have double glazed upvc windows and I was unsure about getting a cat flap fitted. But the information Sarah gave and the information on their website was brilliant and totally reassured me. It took less than a week from sending in the measurements to CJ arriving with the new pre cut glass. He was amazing, fitted the new window and cat clap in less than half an hour! Clean and tidy and very friendly. Both cats worked it put in no time at all. Highly recommend Cat Out Of Glass, excellent from start to finish, 5 stats!!

Unsurprised they are 5 star across the board! Sarah & CJ were so efficient and generous with information and advice given. Measure up, installation, all ran perfectly and couldn't recommend highly enough!

The team are exceptionally friendly, with great communication and lots of advice on how to get your cats to use the cat flap! Very pleased with the overall service and look of the final product - thanks so much!

Delighted with the service Cat out of Glass provided. Speedy friendly and high quality. The catflap looks great in my French windows and more importantly my cats are using it already! Thank you - would highly recommend!
