If I could give no stars for Catherine’s I would. Although I hate that ppl would be without a job at this point they should just close down altogether. Their customer service is awful and inconsiderate to paying customers. I will NEVER order from them nor recommend them to anyone ever!!

I placed an order with Catherine’s/Full Beauty on the 9th January 2025. This order adds up to almost $100 Canadian dollars with the postage. I called the company two weeks ago as I had heard nothing. Oh yes it has been mailed and should be with you in 10 days. I am still waiting. This indicates that the order hadn’t even been mailed until I called. Has it been mailed now, who knows. Very poor service and will not be ordering again and I would also advise anyone else not to order. Very annoyed. Since investigating, this company looks to have a terrible reputation.

I ordered a single item. 8 days later the shipping link is through UPS saying its going to be delivered every day this week before updating and pushing back to tomorrow, but the website support says the item hasn't even shipped yet and it is going through USPS. I just want my money back, they refuse to refund the order. They offered to resend it out in 4 days. I will be doing a chargeback on my card as it is clear I will never actually receive my items.

Chat support is absolutely unhelpful and had no ability to do anything of value to resolve this issue. Instead to get me out of their hair I now I have to wait for an email that I am certain will never come.

Horrible Company. Be careful when ordering as the shipments are taking too long. I enquired about it as I mentioned I was paying 60 Euros in shipment fees. No response. Next thing I knew, the order was cancelled and still no reply from them. The saving grace is that they refunded me. At your own peril ordering from them !

Catherine’s is terrible I bought items for my wife it took 14days to receive them was charged $25.99 shipped by USPS.The items were to big went to return them to get the refund to my card they would charge my card $10.99 or get gift card not for total minus the shipping charge USPS The gift card I will give them to someone that is stupid enough to buy from them.

Terrible. The website clearly says 5-7 day shipping. It was more. I asked for a shipping refund and they refused. They said it was really 10 - 20 days. What? You can’t just change it when it’s convenient for you. They can email every day about their website but they don’t really care about making customers happy.

Lately when I order the items often don’t arrive or arrive very late. Since they don’t charge my card until the item ships I have let it slide.

However, yesterday I received a package that was supposed to contain 3 items. A black skirt, a navy skirt and a navy shirt. The navy skirt was missing. Instead they had put some random pajama bottoms on the bag (WITH THE SKIRT LABEL ON IT). When I called them, they refused to do anything about it unless I return the pajamas first. I explained to them it was their mistake and I needed my skirt or I needed a credit for my skirt. I said I would return the item if they sent me a label, but I wanted to have my skirt sent out immediately. I tried to call three times and all three times they hung up on me while pretending to transfer me to a supervisor.
I used to buy titles from this company and their other companies all the time. And it’s not like I’ve ever complained about a missing items so that’s not it either. Because of this experience, I will never purchase from them or any of their companies ever again.

I’m writing this review to express my deep disappointment in what seems like a misleading sale practice. Your advertised promotion lists jeans at 40% off $79.97, which would make the price $31.98. However, the current listed price is $47.97, a clear discrepancy. When I contacted customer service, I was advised to make the purchase, then follow up with a reference number to avoid being charged the higher price.

Frankly, it would be more appropriate to simply honor the sale and adjust the pricing upfront, rather than creating an unnecessarily complicated process. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly to ensure customer trust and satisfaction.

My wife has been using this card and shopping at Catherines for over 10 years spending thousands, and the problem started when they closed the stores and went to online purchasing. We closed the account last year and canceled the card. But keep getting calls that the balance is overdue. We have paid the "balance due" four times now and will get a call a month or two later with the same thing. What is happening is that when she ordered clothes last year in September then closed the account, they don't take all the money out until you receive your item, which could be a year later. So you will get a huge late fee if you’re 1 second late paying because you never got a invoice. You don't know you have a bill because it's been a year since you closed the account and figured the item was lost because it's been a Fricken year. It is a pure SCAM to get late fees and extra money from customers. Paid it off again today for the 5th time. Wait till next month for another balance on an item ordered 3 years ago but delivered a week ago.

Horrible company. Advertise items as petite and they are not. They sent it to me USPS, but I have to return it by FEDEX or UPS while they deduct $10 for the return of an item they misrepresented. They are many companies to deceive buyers. I ordered from Catherines and now I see my review is a Lane Bryant. The only online places I can trust are HSN and QVC.

I used to love Lane Bryant back in like early 2000s. I have recently bought from there and their styles are just awful now. I bought a shirt that was pretty nice, just very frumpy. The issue is I bought two pairs of pants and after second time wearing the one (4 season pant in navy blue) the plastic, or rubber wtv the material is, threading came out from all the seams giving it a messy dirty look. Even the butt area which people said my bottom was dirty, but it was just all this threading coming out. The second pair of pants, same pant but in black, is ok but there are small holes in here and there in the seams. And it’s not due to being fat either bc it’s on the thinnest part of my calf! Very poorly made in the seams and it’s a huge disappointment to me because their clothing used to be so nice and made so well. For $40 a pair of pants, it's just not worth it anymore and I will no longer be shopping there.

Catherine’s stole 16.95 from my account.. they did this 3 months in a row… They cost me bank fees, bounced checks and my meds were not delivered.. they call it Rewards….

I used to love Lane Bryant bras. They were really out of my price range, but my mom would give me a $50 gift card on my birthday every year, and I would wait for a BOGO sale and buy 2. I would do that every 2 years and wear those 2 bras exclusively. Yes, they would last that long!
Last year, I went to work for Lane Bryant as a 2nd job which I really loved. I loved helping other fat people find clothes and bras that really fit, and really showed off their fantastic curves! And, well, WHAT A DISCOUNT!!! For the first time in my life, I had more than 2 really great bras at one time...or so I thought. During my 6 months at LB, I got a total of 12 bras. Keep in mind, this was 1 year ago. Out of those 12, I now have 4 I can wear (and one of those is coming apart at the cup). 4...out of 12. Of the 8 other bras, 5 of them have had the underwire come out and gouge me in the armpit, 2 of them have had the hooks break off (way not too small!), and the last had the straps literally come apart from the cup. I mean, I took them out the lingere wash bag (where they were washed on the gentle cycle) and went to hang them to dry and the straps were dangling, separated from the cups! Their quality has gone so far downhill, it's insane. By the way, I got 4 Totally Smooth, 1 7-way Convertible Strapless bra, and 7 Comfort Bliss. What I have left is the strapless (which I haven't worn yet), 3 Totally Smooth, and 1 Comfort Bliss.
I don't even know what to say at this point to convey my disappointment at this drastic drop in quality over a 2 year period. I purchased the size bra that they fitted me for at the store, which is the same size bra I've worn for absolute years! It's not like I'm size conscious to the point I would deliberately buy a size smaller. I don't care if it's a 1x, 3x, or 6x if it fits comfortably as it should. And with their return policy, which is very strict, once the tags come off it can't be returned. Period. End of discussion. Not going to happen. Even if it's defective or damaged. The ONLY one they took back and exchanged was the one where the straps completely came loose in the wash. Even then, WHILE I WORKED THERE, and they KNEW me, they looked at me like I was a big fat liar and just wanted another COMPLETELY IDENTICAL BRA. It was ridiculous. I would suggest looking at a different brand until they take responsibility for the drop in quality, and do something about it. Especially for the price you pay.

Please be advised: this company is not trustworthy at all. Do NOT give them your credit card details, they will place a hold on your card even if no order is placed. No custom service to help you fix a problem they created, they leave it to the customer to find a solution. It really is the worst customer care I have ever experienced. Stay away!!

I placed an order online with Lane Bryant and ordered the wrong size. I’ve started a return and then never heard anything so I called, only to find out it’s going to be a month before I even get a refund. Ridiculous. You’ve got my product back but you won’t release my funds. I will no longer shop with you for anything because of this.

Spam mailer. I asked them several times to stop sending me emails and they keep spamming me EVERY day 2 to 3 emails! Removing from the newsletter list takes them 10 f....ing days! And they never did it. Now I have enough. Hopefully the police will soon enter this awful company and close it down!

I shopped for a bathing suit online. A pop up comes up stating if I put in my email address, I'll get a coupon for 40% off. I do so. Then it states I must also give my cell number. I do so. I add a dress because hey, I'm getting 40% off. Nope. Go to check out and it states that I can't use that coupon. I check out anyway then get another pop up telling me that if I enter my email address, I'll get free shipping and save the ridiculous shipping fee of 17.99. I do so. Then the next pop up congratulates me for becoming a VIP member with a monthly subscription!! Um, no. I call to cancel it and I'm told it's not in the system yet and that I'll need to call back. I call to cancel the whole order at this point and am told the order is not in the system. Funny because they've already charged my account. I am still working to get my refund, cancel the order and cancel the subscription I never agreed to. I will never shop with Catherine's again. Terrible, misleading website and shopping experience. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I receive emails from Catherine's always offering me special discounts on my next order. I understand they don't give discounts on perfect price items but when I go to use a coupon for regular priced items it rejects it every time. I finally went back in and ordered a t-shirt and a pair of capris and they wanted $14.98 for shipping! I think I am done with Catherine's. They have exhausted my patience.

Placed a order on Oct 11 to Catherines. Received a confirmation that the order had been shipped on Oct 13 with a tracking number. So, I checked the tracking number. It said tracking number is a dublicate and item was delivered on July 22, in another state with a photo of my ordered item attached. So, I emailed them on Oct 17 stating the issue. They sent me back a email saying sorry for the confusion the item hasn't been shipped yet. So, I sent a request for cancellation due to the fact that this was ordered for a special event and seeing reviews, they have issues with getting out orders. They responded saying they cannot cancel because the item was sent out Oct 13. I sent another email reminding them they had sent me a email saying it had NOT been shipped. So they were either lying now or then. I then requested a correct tracking number if it had been shipped. This is the point I'm with them. I will update any progress. This is a warning for anyone considering shopping with Catherines. Edit: The item arrived today along with a email they sent with the correct tracking. All this could had been avoided if they had just sent the correct tracking (supposedly, I haven't checked to confirm). Instead they sent the message saying it hadn't been shipped. Horrible customer service. I don't plan to ever order from them again.
