A good haggle and fair trade
I felt like it was unfair to bundle it all under the lowest rated gold plate content considering that a good majority was not plated at all. However, I understand that it's just business and the offered compromise was fair and considerate. Certainly more than what I would have ended up negotiating anywhere else. Politeness, attentiveness, and step by step support. Along with very prompt services and pay out. Overall, best deal I could have hoped for. I appreciate you all. Thank you. God bless America and us all. Til next time. Love Heather Lynn

This place is the business that will…
This place is the business that will get your business handled quickly, professionally, hassle free. I couldn't believe how quickly the whole process was. The moment I sent them my gold a couple hours later they had gotten back to me letting me know my package was in its way when I woke up the next day I had my offer to accept or deny. And the money will be in my account a couple hours after accepting. If I could give them 10 stars Id give them 20. Thanks cash for gold usa

Having the ability to discuss an offer can make a big difference, especially when the first number is not quite where you hoped it would be. At Cash for Gold USA, we want our customers to feel comfortable asking questions and having a conversation before deciding whether to sell. We are glad our team was able to work with you toward an offer you felt good about rather than making the process feel like a take it or leave it proposition. Just as importantly, once you made your decision, we kept things moving so your check could be issued quickly. Thank you for recognizing both the flexibility and speed of our service. We appreciate your trust, Debbie, and hope to have the opportunity to work with you again!

A positive experience should not depend on whether you ultimately decide to sell. At Cash for Gold USA, we want every customer to receive fast service, clear communication, and the information they need to make the decision that is right for them. We are glad our team kept you informed throughout the process and made you feel comfortable even though you chose to keep your valuables. There is never an obligation to accept an offer, and we believe that choice should always remain with the customer. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to evaluate your items and for recognizing the service you received along the way. We truly appreciate the kind review and hope you will keep us in mind if you ever decide to sell in the future!
Highly recommended
From start to finish: top notch service only took a day from when I sent in my jewelry and got my offer. It was a bit low. So I declined. Got an immediate reply asking for what I wanted. They met my price and sent me a check.i can't recommend them enough
