This is my 2nd review and it just keeps getting better & better. I mailed my items in with a prepaid overnight fed ex shipping label and got my appraisal in 14 hours. The constant communication was fantastic & really puts your mind to rest that this is a legitimate company. I accepted the offer and received a fed ex overnight check the next day. For any of you that are skeptical don't be, they treat you with respect and are available 24-7. I wish I had more items to sell! Thanks CASH for GOLD

A second review that says it keeps getting better and better is about as good as it gets! We are thrilled that Cash for Gold USA was able to earn your trust again and make this experience even better than the first. Receiving your appraisal just 14 hours after shipping, staying in constant communication, and having your check arrive overnight the following day is exactly the kind of speed and service our team strives to deliver. We especially appreciate you speaking directly to people who may be skeptical, because we understand that mailing valuables to a company requires a tremendous amount of trust. Making customers feel respected, informed, and completely comfortable throughout the process is incredibly important to us. And saying you wish you had more items to sell definitely made us smile! Thank you for coming back, Peggy, and for taking the time to share your experience a second time. We truly appreciate your continued trust and look forward to number three whenever you find something else!
Watch for the lowball offer.
Everything about the shipping was exactly as described. Everything prepaid, no cost to me. The first offer was bad low, probably around 40% of spot price. But after negotiating with them, we finally got the offer to an acceptable price. All in all, a pretty good experience.

At Cash for Gold USA, an offer is never intended to come with pressure or an obligation to accept, and we welcome the opportunity to continue the conversation when a customer feels the initial number does not work for them. We are pleased our team was able to discuss the offer with you and ultimately reach a price you felt comfortable accepting. It is also great to hear that the prepaid shipping process worked exactly as promised and made sending your items simple and cost free. Open communication is an important part of our process, and customers should always feel comfortable asking questions or discussing their valuation. Thank you for working with our team to find a number that made sense for you, Walter. We truly appreciate your business and are glad the transaction ultimately proved to be a good experience!

At Cash for Gold USA, our team works hard to be responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely available whenever our customers need assistance. Impressed overall first time customer
That went as smooth as a $700 shot of fine Scotch. And I am quite impressed with the speed at which payment is issued, although I would've preferred a direct deposit to my bank account seeing as I will need to deposit it there (no escaping Uncle Sam🤪😔) An overall excellent and pleasant, worry & hassle free, secure process.
I would however have liked, and expected as I have with your competitor in Idaho whom I usually do business with, that either with my offer and for sure with confirmation of my acceptance, received a breakdown of said offer (price per ounce or coin and the amount of the 10% added first time customer coupon. It is not a big deal but something that your customers in the future will much appreciate. Thank you so much for the excellent offer I had to accept...it was basically spot on with any of your top competitors (pun intended 😁) I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

A process as smooth as a $700 shot of fine Scotch is a review we will happily raise a glass to! We are thrilled that your first experience with Cash for Gold USA was fast, secure, worry free, and ultimately delivered an offer you felt compared extremely well with the competition. We also genuinely appreciate your suggestion about providing a more detailed breakdown of the valuation and promotional amount. Feedback that specific is valuable because it helps us understand where we can make an already positive experience even more transparent for our customers. Most importantly, we are glad the offer itself was strong enough that you simply had to accept it. And yes, unfortunately, Uncle Sam remains outside our jurisdiction! Thank you, Matthew, for giving us a try, for the thoughtful feedback, and for keeping us laughing while you delivered it. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to working with you again!

We are sorry to hear that the offer did not meet your expectations, Carmen. At Cash for Gold USA, every item is evaluated based on the specific characteristics and market value of the material received, and carat weight alone does not determine what a ring is worth. Factors such as the stone’s quality, condition, characteristics, and the precious metal content of the setting can all affect the final valuation. We understand that receiving an offer below what you anticipated can be disappointing, especially when you had a different value in mind. That is why our offers come with no obligation, and customers are always free to decline if the amount does not work for them. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to evaluate your ring and sharing your feedback.
