Well, the representative was very polite. The original cost was very good, so I picked her for the cost and the politeness. After being told the driver couldn't make it, I had to call the seller to keep them informed. After so many days, and the seller expectation of going on vacation the following week. It got chaotic, but the representative was very kind. But then the big whammie happened and they couldn't find a driver, and cost went up from($425-900), very disappoint, bad experience from that. But by the end, I have the frame and the Gentleman was paid. All in all, I say I never had the ability to dispute the changes, or who knows what would have come out of it, which did make it preferable contract. Not sure if I'll ever do it again.

Gave me $300 rate to pick up and drop off. Said it will be pick up next day but didn’t because of some “technical” issues. They were nice to stay in touch constantly but later change the rate to $950. I would have believed them if they were upfront with the business and their rate but changing later what you already have committed is wrong. The delivery guy was nice.

Had a fantastic experience working with carshipping express. I will always recommend them to family and friends and hope to work with them over and over again.

This company is a scam and reviews are not legit. They give you a low rate to lock you in and cancel last minute and ask for a higher rate. All the names are also fake. Daniel who is the driver they match you first it's their own staff and not a actual driver. You end up paying more than others and go through a stressful process

WARNING — My experience with Carshipping Express INC was an absolute nightmare and appears to match a disturbing pattern reported by many other customers.
I contracted with this company to ship my car for an agreed-upon price of $650. Pickup was scheduled for 05/15/2026 and delivery for 05/18/2026.
The car was NEVER picked up.
Then, after missing the pickup date entirely, Sofia from the company contacted me on 05/18/26, which was supposed to be the delivery day, demanding $1900 just to get the vehicle picked up, tripling the originally contracted price.
When I refused to be pressured into paying thousands more after they failed to perform, they attempted to charge me a $200 cancellation fee despite never transporting the vehicle.
After researching further, I discovered multiple customers reporting the exact same pattern:
* low initial quote,
* delayed or missed pickup,
* sudden massive price increase,
* then pressure tactics and deposit/cancellation disputes.
At that point, this no longer looks like an isolated issue. It looks like a business model.
I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to read reviews VERY carefully before signing anything or paying a deposit.
In my opinion, this was one of the most unprofessional and misleading companies I have dealt with in a long time.

Had a hiccup but Jennifer was on it and negotiations were quick. She had driver there in hours.

They never come to pick up the car as promised. The excuse they gave is always about driver not available, driver had accident. Then when they find the next driver, the new price is $1900 instead of the contracted stated $650. ANd if you want to cancel becuase they did not pick up the car, they will charge you $200 cancellation fee. PLEASE AVOID using them.

I was gaven a fake quote after there was a firm price to have a vehicle pickup and I asked to make sure that if the price was guaranteed. After agreeing to a $400 price something happened to the driver supposedly after that the price went from $1,000 to $1,600. It's obvious that's how they get people and make them pay more.

I was given a fake quote of $750 with $250 down and $500 at delivery. They then sent me the contract to lock in delivery. After signing contract they then said price was now going to $800 at delivery which made the total $1,050. I was then told my deposit was non refundable and that potential price increase was in the fine print. I had no choice but to continue with the company or loose my deposit. Beware they lie and give you a fake quote and then increase price after you’ve signed the contract. Delivery went well. But lying to get business is never okay.

Booked a car transport from Florida to Wisconsin 2 months ahead of time. Paid the deposit. Everything set right? On day of pickup, I was told that driver would call 1-2 hours ahead of time with an estimated pick up time of 4-6 PM. I texted the driver with the phone number provided around 2:30 just to confirm that the pickup was happening. No reply. I called the customer service # close to 4 PM to assess the status. Jennifer, who was nice, said she would contact the driver. A short time later I received a call from Daniel, the driver. From what I could understand (heavy accent, English not first language), the car truck was having mechanical issues and he didn't know whether he was going to be there, today, tomorrow, or ever. I was leaving town in 2 days and so this needed to be done ASAP. So I received a call from Jennifer and I explained this to her and she said she was going to look for another driver. A couple of hours later, she called back. Great news! Another driver could step in but he wouldn't agree to the original quote which was $425. This driver wanted around $1600 and he could be there tomorrow. Their company would subsidize some of it bringing it down to around $1300. Or I could wait 1 week for the original driver to get there at the original price (yeah, like I would trust that again). Realizing I was being extorted, I told her I wanted the contract cancelled and my money back. Then I was told that that's not how it works, that these things are allowed for in the contract. And, by the way, there is a cancellation fee of $200, which they were nice enough to reduce it to only $100. I reluctantly paid it to escape this dumpster fire of a company who left me high and dry (unless I was willing to pay a 300% markup). After going through this, would you really trust them with your car? Keep in mind I was given no notice that they weren't going to pick up my car at the scheduled time due to the car truck "mechanical troubles" if you believe the story (I bet this happens a lot, wink, wink). I had to call them in order to find out my car wasn't being picked up. So if you want an unreliable car transport company with questionable business principles who will take advantage of you when they know you're in a time crunch and most vulnerable, this is the company for you! I never write reviews because I'm not a male Karen. But the hairs on the back of my neck stood up on this one and felt obligated to warn people. It was really greasy
