Everyone is great when things go well. It is when stuff hits the fan that you can see who's really wiling to help. After an initial struggle caused by a normal human error, all the problems have been solved pretty fast and with excellent communication. Thank you for your help !
The inner tie rod on my Toyota Verso was damaged and needed replacing. My usual mechanic couldn’t source the part, and the Toyota main dealer would only sell a complete steering rack.
The lads at CarParts.ie went above and beyond to track down the exact part and fit it for me. Car is back on the road and ready for its NCT.
Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Charged me €100 for changing a lightbulb after saying it would be around €25-€30. He was trying to justify himself by saying that the lightbulb was €30 and 70€ for labour, even though last week he sold me same bulb for €5. 1 Hour of work to change the bulb???

Hi Denis,
I told you the bulb would be around €25, and it was.
I charged you for 50 minutes labour which you saw as you sat watching the mechanic do his work for that time. The bulb you bought last week for €2.00 was a 382 stop light bulb, not the same as the fog light bulb on your Citroen.
Excellent customer service, the staff are very friendly, helpful, and great at what they do. I’ve never had any issues with this company.

Extremely poor aftercare service
Warranty means nothing to this company.
Making me jump through hoops to get a replacement for a faulty part purchased.
Supplied all the information and documentation requested and their still requesting more.
we've had no car for 3 weeks now, cannot get to work as a nurse

Hi Lynda, Maybe if you reviewed the company you bought from it might help. You didn't buy from me. We are carparts.ie, you bought from car-parts.ie they are a Polish company shipping into Ireland. Nothing to do with me. Not sure why you wouldn't update this.

Excellent service. Good price.
Told me I had another 6 months left with my brake pad and tyres my old garage said they needed to to be changed now. Saved me €350. Will be going back.. thank you carparts.ie
