I placed an order of a pair of earrings, which arrived broken. I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement and they expected me to pay the 35€ shipping back to Ireland. That is hardly worth it for a pair of 50€ earrings. I think it is unacceptable for them to not assume responsibility. I will not order from here again. The quality is good aside from the broken clasp.

Wanted to support and Irish brand and loved how their jewellery looked! My order went missing and customer service is awful. Been chasing for almost 2 months now and still don’t have my order or a refund yet. Won’t order from them again.

Terrible return policy. They have to approve your return. You apply. They dont reply.
Won't bother with them ever again now and went through bank for charge back as having no lick with them. No contact number..

I think the reviews here on returning items are a bit harsh.
I ordered from Fada Jewellery, and while I opted to return the items, I found the process grand. The team were responsive to my emails, very friendly, and issued a full refund.
I ordered a ring, and while it fit my finger perfectly, it was just a bit too chunky for my liking. The team were perfectly happy to accept the return and issue a full refund.
I'd give 5 stars if I'd kept the jewellery.

My partner bought me a claddagh ring from Fada last year. The stone fell out within a few months and it became tarnished. He then bought a replacement (full price), and the same thing happened again. According to customer service, the warranty lasts 3 months. Simply not good enough for a fifty euro item that should last. Very disappointed

My order didn't arrive, emails went unanswered and I am still without a resolution, 3 month after my initial order with FADA. I would never buy from here again.

A unique Irish fashion company. However, returns are a nightmare (I should have checked their reviews first).

I followed their tight rules, and everything seemed okay, but a return was never issued. I emailed twice and they only got back to the second one, claiming the item is “dirty” even though it was never wore it longer than 30 seconds when trying it on. So they are refusing to refund the money. Wish they communicated this to me a month ago when I returned the product, instead of silence.

It’s a shame because it’s seems like a great brand, just their customer service is lacking. Doing themselves no favours for customer loyalty.

Awful company. Delivery was quick but when the item was too big the return process was a nightmare. Company denied ever having received the item. Had to go through credit card company to get a refund ten weeks later. Shop elsewhere!

I purchased earrings as a gift, they broke after wearing twice. Initially when I contacted customer service I was told they would send a replacement. After endless back & forth I was then told they would not honor their commitment to send replacement or refund. Do not buy from this dishonest company!!

Bought a necklace that cost £25.50. I found the same necklace in Carroll’s for £12.50.

It almost cost me the same amount I paid for the necklace to send it back since they make you pay for shipping.

Rip off, go to Carroll’s

Do not order from this company. I tried to support a local irish brand but my order never arrived. Ordered a jumper as a gift well before christmas and it said 3 working days and it turns out the company never even sent my order out for delivery. I was left bitterly disappointed and stuck without a present for christmas. The company never got in touch about my issue. Do not order from them.

The customer service is terrible. I had a parcel which said it was delivered but when I got home was not there. I contacted Fada on 9th December to either get another order or a refund as this was a Christmas gift. Their replies were slow (days later) and they were so unhelpful and at one point subtly accused me of stealing the bracelet. They went back and forth with dpd and I ended up not receiving the gift for Christmas and have still not received any refund or compensation (it’s now 27th Dec). Very disappointed and I would not recommend this company.

I'm reviewing my review as I have mistakenly commended on the wrong company. I had previously ordered from Fada and was 100% satisfied the the product and service. I would definitely order again.

orderd a gold claddagh ring in size 52 took a week to come and it came in silver size 54 not happy as it is for her birthday in three days i wont be ordering from here again

I ordered one of the silver necklaces with an emerald. Unfortunately the piece moves and twists as you wear it due to your body moving and the way it’s made it forces the emerald to flip and as it’s covered on the other side you don’t see it at all while wearing

Bought 2 necklaces one Ireland map light weight poor quality yellow looking I thought from influencers they looked good but no would get better from pimark Claire’s and SHEIN at a much cheaper price stop selling tat and trying to get people to sell would not recommend

Such poor quality, I got a lovely bracelet from them about 2 months ago and after wearing it on and off the chain of the bracelet just snapped in two, no way of fixing it at all. Wold not reccomend, best off spending money somwhere else. Just cheap costume jewllery.

Cheap and horrible quality
bought the gold Claddagh ring and when it arrived it was nothing like the photo the ring was yellow.
Would be able to get better quality on Shein.
The return process was painfully long. I had to pay to send it back and didn't even get a full refund.

I got the "Take care of yourself" necklace and celtic claddagh ring.
The order took months to arrive (to Ireland). No communication from the brand about this until I emailed them. I was told it was a miscount and my o ly option was to cancel or wait.
They products arrived and while the necklace was okay the ring was terrible quality. Very disappointed. Would NOT recommend.

Prompt efficient service, beautiful jewellery and excellent customer service.
