Item was received intact with all purchased parts, well packaged and in good time. This is the second BougeRV that we have purchased, this one being for a relative making a Route 66 cross-country trip. We recommended BougeRV products for their features and performance based on a 5-week personal journey in 2025, and their user experience, as ours, has been consistently excellent. BougeRV coolers perform reliably and have functions customizable to the user needs. Outstanding!

I ordered the wrong MPCC and controller devices with the Solar Panels. They were very helpful and prompt with the returns and refunds. The Solar Panels, diesel heater, and electric blanket are all great products that I recommend.

The product is excellent. The issue was with the shipper the BougeRV uses. In my case the box was left under my mailbox in the snow. Not acceptable.

I really appreciate Bougerv’s customer support. I had an issue with the new camping light that just came out and they sent me a new one. Thanks bougerv!

The cooler I purchased arrived damaged. After sending BougeRV photos, they quickly shipped a replacement (that arrived in new condition).

I was looking for the largest fridge that would fit in the "subtrunk" of my SUV (where a spare tire would go) and the BougeRV 23QT fits perfectly. It's great that I always have it with me and can be a freezer as well. It cools down really quickly so I can simply turn it on when I go in to shop and by the time I come out it's at the temperature I want. It looks really nice too.

I purchased the BougeRV Rocky 69QT Dual Zone 12V Portable Fridge to use on my boat. The order arrived at my home in less than 2 weeks. Unfortunately the box appeared to have been dropped at some point and, upon unpackaging the fridge, there was damage to the unit.
I contacted the customer support advising them of the damage. The next day I was asked to take photos of the packaging and the damage. Upon receipt of the photos customer service contacted me and advised that they would replace the fridge. The order was processed that day and the new fridge arrived within a week with no damage.
Although I have not had the opportunity to use the fridge yet, the response from BougeRV and their customer support was outstanding.
