I registered for a safeguarding course…
I registered for a safeguarding course (level 3) and it was a very bad experience. They could not find the course I completed but willingly accepted my casestudy. I had to chase the certificate and when I next logged in with my email/password (which I had just reset) I had another persons course, payment details, address, email and phone number. I actually even called them to advise them. I then contacted the company by email to threaten reporting to ICO and of course then got a timely certificate. However when I logged in again - this time to my details it still shows I have completed 0% of the course. This makes a mockery of the importance of this course. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM!

Although I did a food safety management as a degree, this course is a good reminder of good skill for reminder and to start a small food business.

I enjoyed this training because it’s so…
I enjoyed this training because it’s so interesting and useful and it covers all the needs as a health care worker. It also taught me so many important lessons that I didn’t had before like dealing with old aged people, child, and emergency medical needs. It also covers al the Dos and DON’T which allow us to be extra careful and avoid problem while dealing with different kinds of patients. And evens the staff is so nice and am so glad to attend this training.

Easy to access and the notes and videos so useful.
Social work level 7 diploma studying online was easy for me alot of courses provided so helpful in everyday handling health and social work in caring environment, alot of knowledge in safeguarding, confidence and dealing with anxiety at work.
