I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the lack of communication regarding our training program.We have paid for this training in full, yet the sessions have been placed on hold due to compliance issues on your end. Despite our multiple attempts to reach you by both phone and email, we have received absolutely no response.This level of service is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. Please contact me immediately to confirm when the training will resume or to arrange a full refund.

STAY AWAY. I would advise businesses to carefully review any long-term contracts before signing. I am currently involved in a dispute regarding a contract that I signed in error. I have requested early termination and offered to pay for the services already used, but my request has not been accepted.

As a result, I am seeking independent legal advice to understand my rights and options. My experience has highlighted the importance of obtaining legal advice and fully understanding cancellation terms before entering into any long-term agreement.

Care Skill Academy deserves 0 stars.
I was supposed to complete a training and allowed myself to be guided by them in ever step.
Instead they failed in every aspect.
No communication, enrolling me for the wrong training, failed to communicate me the errors for more than a year and in the end, tried to manipulate what happened. They refused to accept facts and what is worse refused to take accountability.
Whoever wishes to take courses with them, should carefully consider, as it will be a waste of time and money.

Website runs so slow doing anything takes forever. Extremely frustrating.

Rubbish service. New customer locked out, unable to change password or access learning materials.
Emailed once, no reply, called 3 times asked to leave message - still no response.

Course not great robotic voice
Photos of dogs on a cat first aid no videos to show cpr just pictures so difficult to follow
could not log into account wouldn’t let me change password struggled to communicate even tried emailing calling and live chat
Kept freezing and saying error try again later
Had to pay an additional 14.99 for a pdf certificate

Careskills has sent me an email, but didnt say who or what company they are connected to. They have my full name and are requesting me to log in and change password. The website doesnt seem to be operational and no one is answering the phone.

Train The Trainer- I paid money for the Train the trainer program for my company workers. Despite that the Manual handling training was completed in July 2025 we are yet to get the certificates so that we can use it for our company.

We also paid for Basic Life support, and the programme is yet to be completed due to lack of clarity and guidance by Care Skills Academy. It there was zero rating I would put 0.
I have sent a complaint to the company with no acknowledgement at all.

Elliott Jay had my experience with Care Skills Academy a great one. Starting off a new company he has guided me through with training for my staff and his attentiveness has been next to none, cannot fault the quality service he has given to me. Always quick responses and any problems he resolves promptly. Hope this company knows how great this staff member is as a lot of the time it goes unnoticed! Will always continue to use this company as my company grows for the training for my staff. Thanks Elliott!

Careskills Academy ( Evie) are a very professional company. I simply asked for some information for my small service, and they couldn't help me enough.
Excellent platform for all CQC compliant courses. The founder has a back history in care, so she really understands what is required.
Packages are reasonable.

I loved the entire process as it was well supported with resources and templates. I enjoyed filling out the booklet and learning new things. The professional discussion with Zoe was the highlight of the program. It's just so good to talk to a fellow trainer outside of work and learn from each other. Highly recommend the course of level 3 AET!

Customer service are very helpful and there are a large variety of courses online which allow our staff to complete mandatory training in line with CQC requirements in a timely manner. Course content is informative and easily digestible and i wouldn't hesutate to recommend Careskills academy.

The training was well detailed and easy to understand. All the course materials were great.

I was able to see what I was doing wrong as a trainer and where to improve and this has helped me tremendously.
My assessor Natasha was also easily accessible and she was of a great help to me.
Overall, it was a good course and I can proudly say that I have greatly improved as a trainer.

Careskills were very helpful,supportive and encouraging in helping me gain my qualifications in training for Train the Trainer.

Ease of use and good quality course content

Prior to the system upgrade (moving from a custom system to one based on Totara/Moodle) the system was good, some of the courses a bit out of date/old school. But fairly good responsiveness. The upgrade has gone on for months, tech/customer support during this time has hugely deteriorated and the new system is very slow with limited admin features compared to the old one. They went for a MVP approach (minimum viable product), which in the long term might be good, but in the short term it has been painful and slow. Hopefully improves again soon.
