excellence , although the problem could not be sorted out on the bank holiday ,it was quickly sorted out on the Tuesday , care bear saves me a lot of stress and always delivers the results.

The engineer (Gufraz) called to tell me he was on his way.
He was pleasant, polite, competent and friendly.
My problem was soon resolved to my complete satisfaction and would readily recommed this company to all seeking a trained and expert plumber.

They are lucky I am giving them 2 stars. The Engineer who was very good and the only good bit of the experience,arrived after a four hour and forty minute wait to replace the cold water pipe to our washing machine, it was broken he didn’t have a replacement even after telling customer service that he would need to replace it. They said don’t worry he will have a spare pipe on his van, he then asked me if I knew where he could get one, I didn’t know so he then got. In his van and drove off.
Two hours later he returned and completed the job which took him ten minutes.
All in all about 7 hours total.

A very prompt service. The plumber who came was nice and the job completed.

Rang in the morning for emergency plumbing and engineer arrived same day in under 5 hrs. Problem resolved engineer very helpful and quick also left bathroom clean. After care was good too got a call from office to check i was satisfied and happy with the job. Will hughly recommend

Very friendly & gave good efficient advice

Great service, the plumber was great and good communication.

GOOD:Engineer was friendly and efficient on both boiler services.

BAD: Be aware that you cannot cancel the policy without 1 years notice to not renew. I stopped the Direct debit as I had to remind Careclub on both occasions when my Service was due. They do not know what Customer Service actually is, and got a Debt Collection letter from them.

They are expensive and I've found the same policy elsewhere for half the fee.

The plumber was fast,friendly and efficient.Job well done.

The man came quickly to repair the leak,he was very polite and pleasant to deal with.

Care Club agent spent time in getting all information about payments and happily offered to reduce monthly payments for another year as well as arranging an immediate service to be carried out! Much appreciated!

2 big jobs - boiler replacement and all radiator valves plus thermostat updated. The engineers were punctual, polite, and skilled, and got both jobs done beautifully, leave the flat spotless afterwards. The behind-the-scenes facilitation
was also meticulous. Thank you so much.

Before I start I would like to know what you do if your emergency is after 1900hrs because I was unable to contact anybody except by leaving a message. I had to wait until the next morning to speak to somebody about my leaking pipe. The man turned up at midday and soon found the problem and fixed it in no time at all. Could have smiled a bit more but he did the job well and left everything tidy. The office phoned just to make sure I was happy with the outcome which I was. A professional job well done but try to sort out after hours emergencies.

Faulty Toiltet
After speaking to the call centre & explaining i had a toilet that wasn't stopping flushing. The operative booked me in with a plumber the following day. The plumber explained the ongoing issue i had & replaced a faulty syphon in cistern .

Excellent service and quick and efficient repair, would highly recommend this service
