I found the company to be quite unhelpful. I purchased the Spirit HD Duo Pack during a Valentine's promotion, only to later realize that there was an updated version available for a slightly higher price. When I contacted them to request a change, I was told that my item had already shipped, and they did not provide any assistance on how I could modify my order. This lack of support suggests that they are more interested in moving inventory than in serving their customers. Additionally, if you are ordering from Canada, be prepared for an extra $42 in taxes. I would advise against ordering directly from their.

Commande vocale inefficace, rien ne fonctionne correctement, X allé et venu chez revendeur, renvoyé puis retour, seul le GPS est audible, cela depuis 2 mois, peut être que la commande vocale "Hey Cardo motard usé" fonctionne, merci à Cardo de ne pas me contacter pour m'en remettre une couche

Broke a volume thumbwheel on a packtalk neo. Tried numerous times to reach support, using their web portal (what they recommend) as well as FB. Nobody answers, just goes into a black hole. There is no support, so nothing really to evaluate. Just a black hole.

acheté pour Noël 5 cardo freecom 2x, donné sur un site pour être compatible avec plusieurs motards en roadtrip. Une fois reçu, nous avons testé les cardo, naturellement impossible de les appairer car le freecom 2x est en fait le bas de gamme cardo et ne peut fonctionner qu'avec 2 motards sur à peine 88 m. bref jusque là cardo n'a vraiment de résponsabilité dans l'affaire le magasin qui nous a vendu ce produit en revange oui car ils racontent des conn... j'ai du coup contacté le service client de cardo pour avoir des explications plus précises sur le feecom et savoir si il y avait tout de même moyen d'appairer plusieurs freecom ensembles. service client inexistant, impossible de les contacter par téléphone, et ne répondent pas aux mails, mise à part un mail automatique vous disant qu'une réponse sera trouvée, mais la vous aller pouvoir attendre jusqu'à la fin de votre vie. ce message ne critique en rien le produit qui pour ma part fonctionne mais pas comme on nous l'avait annoncé, en revanche n'achetez pas du cardo car si vous avez un souci, c'est la règle 22 démerde toi comme tu peux. de plus, aucune notice ou mode d'emploi n'est fourni avec les intercoms, là aussi système 22. Du coup pour terminer, les produits sont peut être de bonne facture, bien que pas vraiment la possibilité de les tester, en revanche l entreprise cardo se désintéresse totalement des demandes de leurs clients. Ça ce n'est vraiment pas cool, et si vous laissez un avis négatif ou moyen sur leur site, il n'apparaitra jamais, seul les bons avis sont gardés par cardo, du coup si vous recherchez des intercoms je ne peux que vous conseiller d'aller trouver un autre fabricant.

Had my set just under 3 years
Had my set just under 3 years, Batteries died. Contacted the company about getting new batteries for my units. I was told we don't sell or replace them! Don't you think servicing the units would be a important factor in owning your product! So I spent 450.00 for just about 3 years use, what a waste of money! Then I was told we are having a sale right now, Why would I buy another set so they I would have to replace them again. I think not!!

No 14/04/2023 fiz a aquisição de um par de intercomunicadores CARDO SPIRIT HD na NOVA MOTOR COMÉRCIO IMP E EXP LTDA no centro de São Paulo, General Osório, com a indicação de que esta seria a melhor opção para passeio com garupa.
Faço uso da minha motocicleta apenas para passeio com a esposa e filha e com frequência baixa (não mais do que uma vez por mês). Com cuidado absoluto e jamais com chuva.
Antes do 02/05/2024, ao se preparar para um passeio, percebi que um dos botões não tinha acionamento. Nesta data fiz contato por e-mail (cardosystems.com) com a esperança de alguma orientação com ajuda e não obtive sucesso. Simultaneamente fiz contato com a MOTOR COMÉRCIO e fui surpreendido com o término da garantis de 1 ano a poucos dias e sem a possibilidade de alguma solução pelo fabricante.
Fui orientado a deixar meu aparelho na loja que o levou para manutenção e retirei o mesmo no 10/05/2024 com custo de R$290,00.
No 09/11/2024, após mais uns 5 passeios, o aparelho não carrega e aquece. Assim fui novamente direto ao assistente técnico indicado pela loja que me noticiou a queima da placa.
Quero expressar a minha absoluta insatisfação pelo aparelho da CARDO e dizer que seu valor não corresponde com a sua confiabilidade e, sobretudo, respeito pelo consumidor.
Trata-se de uma publicidade exacerbada com funcionalidade e confiabilidade muito inferior à sua postura comercial.
Falta de assistência e falta de assimilação na responsabilidade em sua comercialização.

My Cardo Packtalk suddenly stopped when I was in Europe relying on my headset for sat nav instruction
When I returned to the UK I contacted Cardo on 4 separate occasions to ask for their assistance 4 weeks later I have still not had a reply When you pay a lot of money for something and it just stops working for no reason and you have zero support from the very company you have paid for the product it tells me I should never trust or use this company ever again

cardo smartpack kwam de oplaad poort los na iets meer dan 2 jaar de garantie is om en dit is het antwoord op vraag om te herstellen dus denk even na bij aankoop cardo na 2 jaar niet meer te herstellen Oke, dat is jammer. Helaas levert Cardo voor de Smartpack geen losse onderdelen meer en omdat hij buiten de garantie valt kunnen we je ook niet verder helpen.
Jammer genoeg zou ik ook niet weten waar je de Smartpack zou kunnen laten herstellen aangezien wij geen samenwerking hebben met reparatie shops.

Cardo did a Bluetooth system for Ruroc helmet but it doesn’t connect to any other systems even not to other Cardo systems!
And is not connecting to the Cardo app too !
You buy a Cardo system based on there good reputation and quality, but at the end you find your self with a product designed for Ruroc and you can only listen to music!!!
If I could do it all over again
If I could do it all over again, I would have gone with Sena. If for no other reason than Cardo’s NON-EXISTENT support. Cardo made the decision to hire a call center in the Philippines, where no one at the call center knows anything about the product. They read from a script and then basically tell you they cant help you. Horrible.
Not what they seem.
Am I the only one that thinks cardo packtalk is rubbish? Every single time our group tries to pair up these headsets it's the most impossible and awkward thing to achieve. We either end up not going on the ride or using other apps like discord or group calling. The system sucks.
Eventually we might get it all paired up... couldn't tell you how or what we did to achieve this just happens. But if it does happen the app says its disconnected from my headset and I can no longer change any of my settings. If I was able to return this headset I would.

I don't know if anyone uses this review site but if they do I hope this is something you see, at the very least I hope cardo have a response. Not at all a happy customer, especially considering the price tag these things have.

Worst one I ever had.
Voice commands work when off bike or going really slow. At legal speeds forget it.
Connected to a nav app on phone misses the first couple words of navigation instructions most of the times.
And to top it up the buttons are worst ever. Extremely difficult and hard to press wearing gloves.
Funny enough most of the reviews on YouTube are very positive - I wonder why.

Una stella è anche troppo. Ho il Cardo Edge duo, che singolarmente va anche bene, ma in coppia fa letteralmente defecare. Difficoltà di accoppiamento via bluetooth, a volte bisogna ripetere l'operazione due o tre volte, audio in notevole ritardo, e a mesh è ancora peggio, a velocità autostradali il sistema perde vocali e consonanti per la strada,quindi inutilizzabile in due. Ammetto che il Cardo Edge è un top di gamma, ma dei WC però......si, perché al prezzo a cui è venduto ci si aspetta un vero top di gamma, e non un prodotto giocattolo, per altro mal funzionante. MAI PIÙ CARDO. Se non risolverò il problema butterò tutto nel WC, perché quello è il suo posto.

Service katastrophal. Bin seit über eine Woche dabei bei der kostenpflichtigen nummer einen zu bekommen. Stundenlange Warteschleife ohne erfolg. Auf emails gibt es auch keine Antwort.
