UKCC Auto Techs Anmeldelser

The DPF on my car was completely blocked and the engine was hardly running at all. But this guy actually managed to fix it in short time in my driveway. Very impressive 👍

Christian was highly professional diagnosing and resoving the issue with my cars DPF. He visited me at my home, and completed everything on my driveway. He kept in contact a few days after just to check all was as expected. Great service.

No-one enjoys spending money on repairing cars but UKCC have made my DPF troubles go away. Cristian is professional, efficient and kind. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them when the dreaded engine management light comes on.

Fraction of the cost of replacing the DPF and it’s been great ever since.

Thanks again. Fixed within 3 hours of a call. Wow.

I was really impressed with the information Jason provided me with. Nice to come across an honest company who put customers first! Highly recommend.

I had Technician Cristian Nicolaie come to my home on Friday morning to diagnose and clean my DPF filter and remove carbon build-up from the engine.

From the moment Cristian arrived, he was polite, friendly and professional. He asked me a few questions about the car, explained what he was going to do and talked me through the possible cause of the problem. He also gave me some really useful advice on how to help prevent the problem from happening again.

Cristian carried out the work professionally and got the car back to normal. The diagnostic test afterwards showed that everything was working as it should.

What made this even more important to me was that I was due to go away that day and had to tow my caravan. After speaking with Cristian, he gave me complete confidence that the car was going to be okay — and he certainly didn’t disappoint. I towed my caravan with no problems at all, and the car performed perfectly.

I live in the BS15 area, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cristian Nicolaie to anyone experiencing problems with their car.

If the other technicians within the company have the same level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service as Cristian, then I would happily recommend the company as well.

Ukcc auto techs Christian attended my property to diagnose my van which had dpf issues and a ad blue problem. Christian was very informative explaining what was happening with my van. - Excellent service!
- Had been having issues with a DPF blockage, and warning lights despite multiple trips to different garages
- Cristian came out and performed a DPF clean and carbon clean, and now engine works perfect, seems to have solved the problem completely
- Would definitely recommend!

Cristian was great. He answered all my questions and completed the job to a high standard. I will be using Auto Techs again. Very pleased. Thanks

What a great service. I had a problem with my car 2 errors, so Cristian came out diagnosed it and gave it carbon clean which it worked for all of about 6 miles. Then i had another error message. I then rang Cristian back up he fitted me in the next morning came out and done a swirl flap delete and remap. He then came on test drive to ensure nothing came back. Fantastic no more error message. Fast as responsive service couldn't ask for a better service. I will be using again in about a year to ensure the carbon deposits are keep to a minimum. GL7 area

Cristian from UK Carbon Cleaning was outstanding - excellent communications arrived the next day, polite, clear in his advice and was very thorough in his complete flushing of the emissions system - very highly recommended professional.

Christian arrived on time and outlined the process.
He then looked a the fault codes on his laptop and addressed each one in order.
He then used a variety of cleaning fluids to clean the carbon off the filters.
Engine now starts and runs.
A post cleaning run down a motorway is then required to burn off the residue.
Cristian provided a good and professional sevice in sorting out this adblu and blocked filter job.
Roger.

I have used UKCC Auto Techs Technician, Cristian Nicolaie twice to help with a DPF issue on my diesel Toyota Yaris, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
On both occasions, he was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. He was really easy to deal with when arranging the appointment, turned up on time, was incredibly efficient and got the job done quickly. He’s also a genuinely lovely, trustworthy guy, which makes such a difference when you’re dealing with anything to do with your car.
What I particularly appreciated was that he was still happy to help afterwards when I had some questions about my car. Nothing was too much trouble.
I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and would 100% recommend Christian and this company.
If you have a DPF issue, definitely give them a call, you won’t regret it!

Cristian was very informative regarding diagnostics. Explained everything that was going on. Carbon cleaned the engine. He does what it says on the tin. Can't be faulted. Shall use again if needed
