Needed an emergency job for a gearbox replacement as customer was picking up vehicle same week. Nirro supplied and fitted it in lighting time for a price that couldn’t be found anywhere. Highly recommend them and I’ll defo be back ✅

Very helpful and value for money

I broke 2 wheels on my VW Troc and needed replacements ASAP. Was nervous about using e-bay but found Nirros and called them up and from the very start they were amazing. They sourced 2 new wheels for me, sent videos of them for proof, set up delivery to the garage my car was at, all within the week! Far quick, cheaper and much more pleasant experience then going through VW Manufacturer, or even my insurance. Would highly recommend.

We had been really impressed about the professionalism and organization of this company. They were very clear on timelines as to when they could do the job and how long it would take and how much. Ashley really knew her stuff and was completely aware of the current state of the van and kept in touch at the right times. They were good about discussing whether we wanted refurbed or new parts and didn't over sell parts telling us that 3 out of 4 were fine but we did need one new one. They did find an issue after the engine was in and had to keep it for a couple more days to fix the issue (which only shows after driving and not on a visual inspection). They left me feeling confident in the new engine and happy the price was reasonable and the warranty was good. Would definitely use again however I hopefully will never have to.
