Terrible service, absolutely terrible service. I wish I read the reviews before buying, I’m l at a loss and they aren’t doing anything. All they are saying is robotic answers. Do not buy!!!!!!!!

I have purchased multiple items from CAPO and each item has been great. On one occasion I was sent the wrong size which I returned and I received the correct sized item 3 days later. Their Overshirts are fantastic and have purchased a few of them. Can’t understand the negative comments regarding customer service as my experience with them has been first class.

Great style, great fit, great quality. Capo has become my go-to company for all of my clothing.

I ordered an overshirt before christmas. It arrived quickly, well packaged and the garment itself was high quality. Fitting was good, looks smart and keeps you warm while not making you overheat.

I ordered a few items through this company for the first time, I requested that DPD deliver to my neighbour as I wasnt going to be in, DPD stated that they delivered to my other neighbour and took a photo of the property, this would have been impossible as the property has been vacant for some time, I raised this with CAPO who stated that they are not going to investigate as DPD have stated it was delivered, I have therefore paid for items which I haven't received and CAPO won't do anything about it. I have sent several emails asking for updates or an outcome but I am yet to receive a response, I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company and will be seeking advise from trading standards!

I think the clothes look great and pretty trendy. I am a medium and over 13 Stone and the only issue I am having is that the clothing seems to be a bit on the larger side than the usually medium. However I don’t mind the baggier look these days. I have had to send one item back due to it being too big and it defiantly was not a medium but the exchange process was extremely easy and i was sent my replacement within 7 days

Reply to your response...Thanks for your speedy reply to this review...if only your customer service replies were as speedy!! My return was NOT outside the return period, I made sure you received it within the time period by paying £10.20 next day signed for...hense your back tracking and issuing a full refund...incidently..another measure of your company was when I suggested you decide on the amount of postage cost to refund...once again very predictable when you refunded only part of this. Readers please note I only got the FULL refund after notifying you of my intention of proceeding with a debit card charge back via my bank. Finallu to reiterate..disgraceful customer service. People will simply shop elsewhere with abysmal service like this, as we intend on doing.

Original review...Absolutely diabolical customer service & unprofessional/ill informed staff (Lynne/Michelle) Rec'd a jumper with broken zip. Returned within CAPO's ridiculously short return period (faulty goods) They argued wasnt entitled to refund, then sent me a gift card,,err, like I'd ever shop with you again. Insisted they take it back and issue a refund, including postage as per Consumers Rights Act 2015...For anyone searching for advice with complaints (there are many) this Act is there to protect you from unscrupulous companies like this one, don't let them fob you off. To Dan & Adam, may I suggest you train yourselves and your aforementioned staff in Consumer law and good manners/customer relations!!
